Extra shower outdoors, fabulous screened porch, small beach for floating your cares away, enjoying a sunset glass of wine, or gazing at incredible starry night...

Note: We have a security camera at the shared driveway entry gate that monitors the neighborhood road plus first 30 ft of shared driveway.

I love this place! The view is spectacular. It’s nothing but peace and quiet here. The cabin is very cozy and it has everything you need. This is the third time I’ve stayed, but I can’t wait to be back!

This is a very peaceful Place to stay. If You are looking to just get away and enjoy a slow pace and relax I highly suggest. The views are beautiful and the sunsets are just Gorgeous! I will say your nearest Gas station or Restaurant is 20 to 25 min drive we did not mind that at all. We just stocked up at Publix's and we had everything we need to make a nice meal along with a Grill and very nice outside setting with Again a beautiful view. We have hopes of coming back in the summer. Mr. Mark was wonderful and very accommodating with our stay as well.

The house was clean and it had everything we needed besides laundry detergent but no big deal. Everything else was perfect! Would definitely visit again! The host was very responsive and helpful.

Our stay was truly wonderful, offering an absolutely stunning view and a location that provided incredible peace and quiet. We loved the tranquility and the surroundings. However, a few issues affected the overall experience. The Wi-Fi and cable were unreliable, often going in and out. We also encountered ants inside the property. Additionally, the jacuzzi was not sanitized for use, which was disappointing. Addressing these maintenance and cleanliness issues would make this property perfect.

Perfect! We had a great vacation. This place is so private and peaceful and beautiful!!! Our bed was so comfortable. The view is unbelievable with beautiful sunsets and surrounded by water where we could kayak, paddle board, fish and swim. Highly recommend!

Love, love, love this cute cabin. The shower is awesome, the bed is super comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The lake and beach was awesome. I can't wait to go again.

Sweet little cabin in Modoc right on the water with an amazing sunset view. Perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed. My husband and I brought our boat and had an enjoyable week on the water. Mark was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Good response time on checking in. Appreciate that for sure. Overall - nice but room for improvement. Things that someone else might never notice. Extra towels for long hair ladies. Sharp knives to cut food when cooking. Better discussion of hidden location of rental. I host for another short term rental company and know that it's not an easy task.
