Il s'agit d'un condo de studio situé au 2ème étage (2015) de l'océan Atlantique (à 50 mètres environ). Profitez de notre plage immaculée isolée et de notre piscine cristalline (ouverte en saison). Laissez vos soucis se dissiper et dégustez une boisson de votre choix en profitant de nos superbes couchers de soleil sur l'océan Atlantique depuis l'un de nos 2 kiosques en bord de mer ou depuis notre siège partagé 2nd Story. Profitez de notre kitchenette entièrement équipée ou de notre barbecue sur l'un de nos barbecues au charbon de bois extérieurs et profitez d'un repas en plein air sur nos tables de pique-nique. Les restaurants sont à quelques minutes à pied pour les gourmets :) (voir la photo satellite ci-dessous pour connaître l'emplacement de votre condo dans ce complexe de condo Oceanside).

Escapade parfaite pour un week-end romantique ou une retraite en famille ... regardez les dauphins éclabousser dans le belvédère au bord de l'océan ... ne manquez pas le coucher de soleil qui disparaît sous les vagues de l'océan ... promenez-vous sur la plage de sable fin ... construisez un château de sable avec les enfants ... surfeurs ou poissons de la jetée voisine ... regardez les surfeurs en suspendre dix ... ou simplement vous détendre au bord de notre piscine cristalline ...

Linge de maison et serviettes sont inclus: Toute l'unité est nettoyée par des professionnels avant votre séjour. L'unité est équipée de 2 jeux de draps, 4 serviettes de bain / débarbouillettes, 1 tapis de bain et 1 torchon. Il y a une buanderie à pièces dans le complexe.

- Ocean Sands est une communauté sans fumée (strictement imposée).
Ne pas fumer n'importe où sur les lieux.

Very nice place in Atlantic Beach

Location was right on the ocean and the rental was very nice and clean. Everything we needed was there. We will rent this place again in the future when we come back to Atlantic Beach.

The property was clean and as described. Beach is right over the boardwalk, and lots of restaurants are short drive away. Two nice beach chairs in the closet. Was a nice stay.

The unit looked exactly like the photos online. We were very pleased with our stay. It was perfect for 2 people, close to shopping, grocery store, and restaurants and of course to the beach. We would definitely recommend it and would visit again.

The regular owners who were there were welcoming to renters. The studio apartments were right on the water front. Beach access was private. Only gripe is the space can be tough with two kids and the large bed was not comfortable. Outside of that, a great stay!

Weekend Getaway

Property was less than what we expected. Overall cleanliness was bad. Kitchen sink was dirty. Microwave door was cracked. Not safe. Mold along the bottom of the shower curtain. Bathroom vanity soap dispenser was watered down. Mattress sagged in the middle. Very uncomfortable. Used bottles of liquid body wash and shampoo in the shower. Air conditioner was noisy. Ceiling fan in living area was noisy. Worn our futon. Would not remmend this property to anyone.

Beach Getaway

Very cute studio condo unit with beachy decor. 2nd floor unit leads to wraparound porch with beach view. Easy, private beach access. Refresh your soul at the beach with a quiet, relaxing setting that has restaurants and a grocery store close by. I highly recommend the short drive to Beaufort for more restaurants and cute shops.

Relaxing

I had a nice, relaxing visit. My room was comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. Just steps from the ocean and although there was no view from my room, there was from the wrap around porch on the second level where I was staying. Close to shopping, eating and Fort Macon. I definitely will consider staying there again.

Would highly recommend Ocean Sands , relaxing and easy to get around. Clean & quaint condo. Management quick to answer my questions. Just a short walk to pool or beach access. No crowds. Also recommend traveling 10 min drive to Beaufort...historical small town, shops, restaurants, museum, ferry rides. We enjoyed our stay! Teresa P.

This property is off of a main road and run down part of town. The place itself was decorated cute but old looking. The view from the room is of the road. Not that impressed but it was right by the beach which I loved.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The property is right on the beach, and the people are friendly. The community offers a pool, 3 BBQ Grills, Outside Dining areas, a Fish Cleaning Station, and a huge area of untouched green grass. It's just the perfect place if you want to stay right on the beach and avoid the hassle of those crowded beaches. Did I mention the Surf Fishing is abundant and there is a little known sand bar just in front of the property which offers the perfect spot to catch that Red Drum. There are tons of fantastic restaurants in the area, the NC Aquarium is just minutes away and with Morehead City and Beaufort so close you will not run out of activities.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Beach is Never-Crowded so it feels like you have it all to yourself. While the unit itself does not have an Ocean View, there are plenty of areas for outside seating that offer Marvelous Ocean Views. Pelicans and Dolphins can often be seen from our Beach Entranceway Gazebos. The Sunsets are out of this world!
