The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to many places. Having off street parking was a plus! The Kitchen had more than we neeeded. Everything was in great shape. The washer and dryer were conviennent. I would definitely stay here again

Great Place!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place, very clean and updated. The host was responsive and kind. We didn't have any issues at all. Comfortable and nice with most of the amenities. The kitchen doesn't have a ton of stuff, so we didn't really cook, but we were okay with it since the food is amazing in Savannah!

The best part of this unit is the location - right next to Forsyth Park and central to most attractions in downtown Savannah. The unit was clean and functional. It is perfect for 3 people or a family of 4. There is one parking space which is awesome. Everything work, but it feels like a rental. The quality of towels, linens, kitchen utensils, basically everything feels low cost. This is understandable as it is a rental, however upgrading these touch items would make this a 5-star gem.

We stayed in this unit for 5 nights. The unit is in a perfect location—just steps from Forsythe Park within the historic district. The home was certainly clean and ready for guests. There were just a few things that needed maintenance. The shower in the primary bedroom is clogged, so there was standing water. We opted not to use that after day 1. The throw pillows and carpets were very dingy. They should be replaced. The shower curtain rings in the second bathroom were incredibly cheap and fell off each time we used the shower. Other than these minor issues, we had a nice stay!

Long Weekend in Savannah

The one thing that would make it more perfect was if the lighting in the kitchen wasn't the cold white light but a warmer light. It made our food hangouts seem a little bit like a cafeteria.

The townhouse was so nice! The kitchen was well stocked was so bright when we arrived. Walking through we realized the photos on the website were spot on! The living room was comfortable and spacious. Both bedroom were great and having a bathroom for each a huge plus. White fluffy towels were great too! Being so close to Forsyth Park and the historic district made exploring Savannah easy.

The property was in a convenient location to historic homes, restaurants, and Forsythe Park. Parking was a tight squeeze but manageable. We had issues with TV remotes not working well. If you stay here bring your own hand soap and trash bags, as none was provided. Shower drains were slow. Ceiling light/fan in the rear bedroom, the chain is broken so hard to have light and fan on at the same time.Need to add slip strips to stairs both inside and outside.

Parking can be tight; we’ll update the listing to set clearer expectations. We’ve ordered replacement TV remotes and will verify all remotes and TVs before each stay. Apologies that hand soap and trash bags were missing — those items have been added to our pre-arrival checklist and supplies have been restocked. Plumbing maintenance is scheduled to clear the slow shower drains. The rear bedroom light/fan chain will be repaired, and we’ll add anti-slip strips to the interior and exterior stairs per your suggestion. Clean, enjoyable, perfect location

This property was perfect for our trip. The unit was super clean and comfortable. Location was great, right next to Forsyth Park. Super close to all sightseeing areas of Savannah. We were able to walk to see all the historic squares and all the way to Riverstreet.
