Notre magnifique condo est idĂ©alement situĂ© sur la plage adjacente au Seaside Amelia Inn et se trouve Ă  seulement trois kilomĂštres Ă  l’est du centre-ville historique de Fernandina, Ă©lu meilleure ville cĂŽtiĂšre par USA Today. Ce lieu charmant est Ă  quelques minutes de boutiques uniques et de restaurants dĂ©licieux.

Le condo dispose d'une chambre et de deux salles de bains avec un plan d'étage ouvert et un balcon privé offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Amelia Island Stay

First trip to the area and it was fantastic. The location cannot be beat. The unit was very clean and everything was in excellent shape. Short walk to the beach and two nice places to hang out.

Great stay close to restaurants

We had the larger version of the 1 bedroom condos so we had plenty of space. Beach view is from the side but still nice. Very convenient to the beautiful beach, easy walking distance to a few restaurants, and not too far from historic downtown.

Fernandina Beach weekend

Nice property. Close to beach. Was pretty much as advertised. Traffic noise could be loud at times and the building seemed to have sort of a ‘musty’ odor, but we still found it an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed walking on the beach and exploring te general area.

Wonderful Vacation

This condo was wonderful. Clean and beautifully decorated. Beautiful sunrises! Conveniently close to Fort Clinch State Park and downtown Fernandina Beach. Perfect vacation!

The perfect vacation

Amelia Island really is the best kept secret!! The beach is beautiful and downtown is amazing!! The condo was exactly what the listing said. I highly recommend the rental and Amelia Island as the perfect couples vacation!!

Quiet Get away

This was the perfect location. The side view of the ocean blocked the cold winds and allowed us to enjoy some porch time. The building is clean, quiet and close to everything. We will be back.

Loved this condo, spacious and comfy furniture. We loved the view of the beach and ocean. Spent time on the deck taking in the sites. One of the better condos we have stayed in at Fernandina Beach

Super clean, super location

Right on the Atlantic, great beach, 3 min drive to downtown shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to Starbucks and Publix. Gorgeous beach, ocean views from inside condo. Small sparse pool area, didn't make you feel like lingering so took off a star. Bed super comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Location, Location, Location!

This property is literally steps from the beach. But it is also close to all of the best attractions on the island like downtown and Fort Clinch. The condo was the perfect size for a romantic getaway for two. We will definitely have a return visit.

Great Location!

This condo is in a great location and right on the beach. There is a restaurant next door where we had a delicious lunch one day. The condo was quiet and well maintained. Loved the cute shell cleaning station outside. Jennifer and Melissa were both a pleasure to work with.

Lovely place

We enjoyed the location and the comfort of the condo. The property manager did not provide the required parking pass until we requested it, the TV was not connected to wifi until we requested that, and we did not get the note saying that we would need to supply household things like trash bags until the day we were checking in.

Excellent Stay!

We so enjoyed this beautiful condo! It was super clean, spacious for my husband and me, a variety of seating options, nicely decorated, as advertised, quiet neighbors, beautiful ocean views, easy 2-minute walk to beach, close and easy drive to the quaint downtown, property manager promptly responded to a minor issue with a new but defective coffee pot and brought in a brand new replacement coffee pot the same day! Excellent experience!! Will definitely return for a future visit!

What a great condo on the beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo is very centrally. Located on the island. 10 minutes from town and right on the beach. It had everything we needed including kitchen and cooking utensils, plenty of towels, comfy furniture, and a beautiful deck to relax on. The check-in process was smooth and, although we only had to contact the manager once about a parking situation, they took care of it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this property, and we will very likely stay there again!

Exactly as advertised

This condo was exactly as depicted in the photos and description. We loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. A great bonus to have access to beach chairs, umbrella and bikes!! The Sandbar restaurant next door makes great pizza - Pig & Fig is a must have. Would definately consider a return trip.
