Host was very accommodating. We were checked in on to make sure that we had everything we needed. Location to beach was a nice walk, very short distance.

Great little space !!!

We had a great quick stay. This place was exactly what we were looking to stay in. It is a small comfortable studio with enough space for me and my husband. The location is excellent. It is about 1.5 blocks to the beach. We would stay again😊

Cozy, Convenient Spot

My wife and I had a delightful experience at this location. Great value for the price, and it's conveniently located just a short stroll from the beach. While I wouldn't recommend it for more than two people, it's perfect for couples who travel light.

Great Location!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit is within walking distance from the beach, John’s Pass, restaurants, shops, and bars. The room was perfect for 2 people. Very clean! Our host was great with communication. I would definitely recommend and would book this unit again in the future.

Host was very helpful. We never met, didn't need to because there were no issues. Bed was extremely cozy; I barely fit in it.

(from Brian) The VRBO was awesome! Very clean. Cool tile in the bathroom and solid water pressure in the shower which is important to me. My favorite aspect was the workspace, even though I did all of 15 mins of work because I was on the beach! The space fit my laptop, extra monitor, and my iPad at counter height which was perfect. Although the studio wasn't on the beach, I could literally throw a football and hit the beach. Great location--it allow me to walk over to all the shops on John's Pass.

Relaxing Getaway

My boyfriend and I were seeking a much needed relaxing getaway. We wanted to be close to the beach. We wanted relaxing evening and a location that was close to restaurants / shops should we want to "people". This location offered everything we wanted, and more! Our short trip made us fall in love with this location. We will be back! Thank you for allowing us to stay and becoming our friend. xox

small and very soft bed. good location and service.

Location, parking and communication was great. This is a very small unit. The picture did show what we would get. It was close to the beach. The bed was very soft. It would have been nice to have a regular chair to sit on (with a back rest). The outside table was nice.

Absolutely perfect!

My daughter and I stayed in this cute little place for the weekend and it was nothing short of perfect! We WILL be returning in the future and the owner was super accommodating, attentive and made us feel very welcomed!

Awesome stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Booked our stay days before flying in. Very clean, close to the beach, amazing A/C, comfy to stay in on the really hot days. We walked to most of the places/restaurants around, being we couldn’t rent a car while we were there. If you plan to have a car there is still a large driveway to park! Loved our stay!

Perfect for 1

The unit was perfect for me. Check in was very easy! The bed was very comfortable, the internet had no issues, and the tv has several platforms you can use. Everything you would need or want to do is within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again if I travel alone.

Loved it!

Exactly how it was presented. Walked to John's Pass everyday. Close to the beach. Affordable. Quiet. Clean. Its not a lot of room, but you know that going in. Loved it.

Tiny, but close to everything.

This place is tiny. My host went out of her way to please. She is so very nice. I was hardly ever there ( very active daily & out to eat frequently. I can’t imagine 2 people staying here. That would be quite tight. The futon did not fold, so it took up a lot of room. I felt very safe & was able to leave an outside light on continually. Great water pressure, but small shower. Very, very clean
