Everything was great. We drove down from Indiana to celebrate our daughters birthday and Thanksgiving. The property is located with easy safe pedestrian crosswalk access to the beach.

This cozy home was perfect for our stay. We had some hiccups with having to drive due to a cancelled flight and not getting in until 6 AM, but Jim was very responsive and made sure we had what we needed to check-in before our arrival. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, though it wasn’t very needed as the weather was beautiful. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the sheets soft. We will be coming back for sure!

This property was great. It is in close proximity to everything including the beach. The property was very cute and we had everything we needed. I also had no trouble contacting the owners and my questions were answered within the day usually. I would stay here again.

Worked in the area for a week and this was the perfect spot. The pool was a nice surprise, did not see that on the listing.

This place was wonderful! Simple, clean, great AC, fantastic location to accessing the beach! This trip was for my daughter’s birthday. It was perfect! If you’re looking for a place to stay for the simplicity of life and want just a good place this is it!

Has a few issues

They property is in a great location and it is easy to get to the beach. It is clean and has plenty of room for 3 people. The issues I had were that they only provide 3 towels for the whole stay. This would be OK if there was a way to wash them. Also, the internet is horrible. It works about 5-10 minutes out of every 45 minutes or so. So you can't use the internet and the TV only runs off the internet, so this means no TV.

I was very pleased with my stay in this unit! The space was clean with a very nice, updated kitchen. Everything was in great condition and the location was phenomenal! It was a 1-2 minute walk to the beach with a convenient pedestrian crosswalk right there. We walked to get ice cream, walked to Johns Pass, walked to breakfast. No need for a rental car! I will definitely be staying here again! Only negative was no washer and dryer, so bring plenty of clothes.

Perfect Location and Great Value

This rental was exactly as described—very clean, spacious, and in a perfect location just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, with a convenient crosswalk right out front. The host was friendly and super responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.It’s also heartwarming to see the island recovering and people supporting local businesses again. I’ll definitely be back!

Gem in Treasure Island

My partner and I had a wonderful stay! If you are looking for a more affordable option than a resort, this is the place for you. Very short and easy walk to the beach. A little north of many Treasure Island eateries, so I would recommend renting bikes or a car. The wall connecting the bathroom and bedroom doesn't close off at the ceiling, so go with someone you are close to and comfortable with :) There was a little dove outside on the seating area tending to her eggs, which we loved!

Cute Beach Bungalow

Very clean, bed was really comfortable, shower had plenty of water pressure, beach access was across the street. Manager was easy to get in touch with. We really enjoyed it.
