Profitez du style de vie Laguna Beach dans ce magnifique cottage confortable et serein situé à quelques pas de la plage, de merveilleux restaurants, de cafés ainsi que de super boutiques, des magasins à Laguna en raison de sa petite foule et de son accessibilité. Tout est à distance de marche, épicerie etc ... L'emplacement est imbattable!

Ce chalet a deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain complètes, la salle de bain principale vient d'être rénovée, une grande douche dans la deuxième salle de bain, une nouvelle cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle. Nouvelle marque Smart T. V. Accès Internet haute vitesse sans fil gratuit. Jeux pour enfants, chaises de plage, serviettes, jouets de plage et parasol. Confortable et confortable cour avant et arrière. Privé. Sun room avec une balançoire et un coin salon pour s'asseoir et se détendre.

La maison est située dans les quartiers du village de Laguna Beach près de Mountain Avenue (pour ceux qui connaissent la région!) L'emplacement est idéal, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin à proximité. Vous trouverez plus de 30 restaurants, boutiques et galeries d'art décontractés ou haut de gamme à moins de cinq minutes à pied. La ville historique de San Juan Capistrano est à 4 miles à l’est. L'île de Catalina se trouve à 1 heure de ferry de notre port. Newport Beach et la célèbre île de la mode se trouvent à 15 minutes au nord.

A wonderful property. Beach is a block away as are shops and restaurants. Tastefully decorated with plenty of seating inside and out. Beautifully maintained. Great communication with host. Be sure to grab an ice cream and sit on the benches at Woodland and watch the sunset.

Our stay at the Sea Cottage in Laguna was a dream! The house was exactly as pictured and our family had an amazing time. The cottage had everything we needed and was walking distance from the beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking space provided worked great for our small SUV. We started each day with a walk along PCH and the beach and ended each night with a cozy fire. Can’t wait to book the cottage again for our next trip to Laguna!

Cozy stay in Laguna Beach

Cozy bungalow in lovely location—beach and stores all within east walking distance. The place has a lovely outdoor patio for relaxing and dining and the kitchen is well appointed. I would stay here again,

Sweet Sea Cottage!

We loved staying at the Sea Cottage! Accommodations were perfect! The owner made the process super easy. The location fit what we like… an easy and short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants and art galleries, yet we weren’t in the heart of traffic congestion or noise. We would definitely stay there again!

Love the beach cottage

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The neighborhood is amazing - so much within walking distance. And the house was very well kept and the owner was great at communicating with us whenever a question or anything arose. Can't recommend it highly enough - we hope to return!

Sweet Cottage Great Location

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful Laguna beach cottage. Short walk to Mountain Beach where we went daily. Great shops and restaurants all around and very close to the trolley spot to hop on to go downtown. Hostess was great with very clear instructions. Would highly recommend!

Good location

We enjoyed the proximity to beaches and shops. Housekeeping needs improvement and the property is lacking in amenities, needs maintenance and the kitchen is not well stocked.

You texted me at the end of your arrival that there where no coffee filters and no wash cloths. Our coffee maker doesn't need coffee filter since there is a built in filter. We have in the kitchen drawer coffee filters just in case guest want to use them. I will look into getting face wash. Thank you for letting me know. The kitchen has all the basic needs to cook.

Wonderful Historical Cottage

This historical cottage has loads of charm and is centrally located. It was clean, comfortable, fully stocked and attractively decorated. The enclosed back patio offered a private, partially shaded outdoor space in which to relax and enjoy the great weather. The owner was helpful and responsive. Can't imagine a better place to stay while visiting Laguna Beach.

Perfect for a beach getaway

We loved this property and hope to return for a future trip. You can’t beat the location. We were able to easily walk everywhere and enjoyed being at the house when we were there. The back yard space was a perfect place for our 4 year old son to play. Carmen was very kind and helpful and was easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Quiet cottage in HIP district

This is a great place to stay while visiting Laguna Beach! It is incredibly quiet, despite being just a few blocks from the beach, and restaurants & shops. The front porch is completely enclosed with windows & door, creating a "buffer" between street and the living/dining area. The backyard is a wonderful, tree-surrounded courtyard. The two bedrooms are fairly private and separated from each other. Communication with property management was easy; questions answered quickly.I highly recommend this house!

Cozy Beach Cottage

We had so much fun at this darling cottage! Location is perfect and a few steps to great shopping and restaurants. Thank you to Carmen for her restaurant recommendations. Our family from Mission Viejo met us on the rooftop of La Casa Del Camino for great food and together we watched the sun set. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the sun room for morning coffee and the outdoor patio for happy hour. This quiet cottage was a lovely place to come home to during our vacation.

Quick escape

Needed an escape to the ocean. Booked a few days in advance. The pictures don't do any justice. We had the most wonderful time. The beach is so close. We will be back whenever we get the chance!
