we did enjoy our stay, however, you might want to fix the storm door, it doesn’t latch when the windy blows it opens and closes on it’s own. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the wine that was a nice touch, especially since it was our anniversary. I was surprised about the 75.00 cleaning fee which i did not realize until after I pressed book, for only staying there over night. I guess I need to pay closer attention. Thank you for everything Robin

What a surprise when we walked into this spacious, comfortable apartment. A bottle of wine awaiting us, a full kitchen and very comfortable beds. It was very tastefully decorated. We will be back.

Fun in Floyd

Very clean apartment. Good layout. Room to sleep five if you need it. Only weakness is actually trying to identify which door in the building leads to the space. Was listed as "B" on the VRBO site, but the door says "D." Other than that, a great place with a fair price in a super location.

Roomy and Convenient

The apartment at Golden Maple Homestay was great! So roomy. The beds were very comfortable. For the over 65 crowd, wish there was a grab bar in the shower. Other than that, our stay was perfect! Thanks!

Getting Away

We had a wonderful time getting away for a few days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we come back to the area we will definitely get this place again. It had everything we needed and close to all we wanted to do.

The apartment was awesome
roomy, clean, very comfortable beds! The only negative was the fact that I didn’t get the access code to enter. However, I was able to contact the property owner who was so very nice. She sent the code information and took time to promptly answer several text messages !

More Than I Expected

The was my first time staying at a VRBO and this one was more than I expected. There was a bottle of wine, snacks & fully stocked kitchen. There were plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone to have. The place was clean, and the area was very quiet. We were close to restaurants and shops. Wish we had more time to explore the town of Floyd. We definitely would stay there again!

Fabulous Floyd stay

We were thrilled with this place. Large, beautifully kept, and close walk to downtown Floyd. Owner even left a bottle of wine in the kitchen and mints by the beds as a lovely touch. All six of us were so pleasantly surprised by how fantastic this place was -- and highly recommend it to anyone going to Floyd!!

Highly recommend this beautiful apartment for a stay in Floyd! Our whole family stayed this weekend!! Plenty of room for everyone!! Everything you could ever need or think of!! Such a memorable weekend for my family and so appreciative of this beautiful place!! Very clean, spacious, and easily accessible (a short walk) to downtown Floyd! We had a wonderful stay

Convenient to downtown

Large, clean, centrally located apartment with all amenities. Very comfortable in all aspects. It is a ground floor unit which is great for access but if you happen to have active upstairs neighbors you will hear the activity. I would stay here again!

Great Floyd Getaway

Great property with plenty of room. The beds were super comfy. The coffee and bottle of wine was a nice touch. Only negative we have is we wish there was some kind of bar in the shower as it was super slippery.

I love supporting families as they bring life into this world! We are very involved with our community, church, and our girls' activities and school.

We were also missionaries in South Sudan Africa for several years, building children's homes. We have traveled across the world and stayed in many accommodations. We know the value in a peaceful and comfortable place to stay while traveling. We love hosting people and making you feel welcome while visiting.
