PremiĂšre fois sur le marchĂ© locatif! Mise Ă  jour de 3 chambres (8 Ă  10 personnes TRÈS confortablement). Maison / Condo en face de Loon Mountain. Disponible pour les Highlands Ă©cossais et de nombreux autres week-ends cet automne. Toute la nouvelle literie et de nombreuses mises Ă  jour de dĂ©cor, ne se reflĂšte pas dans les images. Cette unitĂ© a tout et est en plein cƓur de tout ce que la rĂ©gion a Ă  offrir. RandonnĂ©e pĂ©destre, VTT, feuillage, festivals, etc.

February vacation

We had a great time at the condo! Great for two families with kids ranging from 4 to 18, and really enjoyed the bus to the mountain. Super convenient for skiing.

Beautiful Condo

Family ski weekend: Condo was well appointed, large with 3 levels, lots of windows and a great view! The fireplace was lovley after a long day of skiing. Located about 3 minites from Loon. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Mud room for all the ski equiptment, very clean!. Plan on returning next year! Thanks Sam!!

Great family ski condo at Loon

This a large bright 3 storey "town house" style condo. The beds and bedding are very comfortable in all 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking is good. The unit is well appointed with a large eating table and a bright comfortable living room. 2 bathrooms one on the lower level and one en suite upstairs. The host is helpful and responsive. Some family members found the wifi a little slow for videocalls. There is ample heat in the unit but it there is a learning curve on how to get the space comfortable. Better outdoor lighting would be helpful and safer for loading/unloading in the dark. These are not at all deal breakers just enhancements.

Great Place!

Very clean and incredibly comfortable! Very close to everything in Lincoln. Great communication with the owner. Could not have asked for a better experience! My family loved it! Would absolutely go back!

We loved our stay at Sam’s condo! It was spacious, beautiful, clean, and communicating with him was so easy. We only needed a place to stay for 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer. We would gladly rent here again and will recommend it to friends and family!

The property was minutes from Loon. Very clean with a nicely stocked kitchen. Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Was great for 4 kids and 3 adults. Would def rent here again.

Great condo, well equipped, plenty of space and fantastic location

This is a great and very spacious condo. My kids absolutely loved it. Host had great communication - we had a an inconvenience when we arrived and Sam was very responsive and did his best to remediate the situation. The house had plenty of board games and it is so conveniently located from the slopes that it made skiing that much easier. Would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet getaway in Lincoln

If you are looking for a well kept condo with plenty of room, near Loon and Lincoln, look no further. We stayed here the weekend of Oct 7th and 8th for a family weekend getaway. The location was perfect in that it was very close to the main entrance to Loon but just far enough away from the normal traffic of Lincoln. There are 3 bedrooms plus a pull out couch in the loft area so you could definitely sleep more than the 4 we had on our trip. The beds were all very comfortable and had clean linens and blankets on our arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need should you want to make meals. I found the condo to be very well maintained and was obviously cleaned professionally prior to our stay. The pictures are very current and provide an excellent reference to what you can expect. The owner Sam was very good to work with and proactive with his communications. My family and I all had a very positive stay and recommend this condo to everyone.

Lovely home with all the amenities

We truly loved staying at Sam's condo. It's a beautiful place with plenty of room for multiple families. The kitchen is modern, the beds are comfortable, the decor is beautiful. My kids immediately found the games in the loft area and we spent a lot of time playing Life and Jenga. The location is convenient to Loon as well as hiking in the Kancamagus Pass. We'd be happy to return!

Perfect Lincoln stay!

This condo was absolutely lovely for our family of four plus my in laws. Great location to so many things to do between Lincoln and Woodstock. Clean, quiet and well stocked, we would most definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Ideally located

My family of 6 had a great stay at this property, exploring the outdoor activities nearby. We chose this place for the location and the layout of rooms which very nicely accommodated 4 children ages 2 to 14! Sam was very responsive when something came up! Will stay again if we head back to the Lincoln area!

Great Long Weekend!

Property is in a great location to restaurants and attractions. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Easy check in and check out. Had a great weekend with family. We enjoy hiking and it was a pleasure to come back to a well-kept condo after a long day of walking. Fantastic water pressure in the showers! We'll be back, I highly recommend!

This is what VRBO was made to be

This place is someone’s vacation home and they love it. Now they make it open to us when they aren’t there. And it’s a great place. This is what VRBO is meant to be!!! Place is really nice. Has all the amenities you need. One little perk is they leave condiments. We left some behind so when you realize you need mustard it may be there. And the owner responded to my questions and was super helpful. Thanks!!!
