The location was great for my visiting family, with enough bedrooms so that each of the 3 grandchildren got their own rooms and the two adult couples did not have to share their bathrooms with them. There were hiking trails very close by. They did not use the pool since my community has heated outdoor pools as well as an indoor lap pool.

Heated Pool - spacious, easy access

House is very easy to find and access in quiet neighborhood. A lot of space in house to spread out. Heated pool, plenty of covered and outside seating, used pool a lot. Communication with host was good.

Definitely a large home with plenty of room to spread out!

Excellent home for big families

We rented Bronco Mar for our family stay that included 7 of us. There were just enough beds to accommodate all of us very comfortably. The kids especially loved the pool! We all had a wonderful visit and we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place

This was a wonderful home in a nice neighborhood. It was close to shopping and fun activities. We gathered as a family of 12 for Thanksgiving and a special religious activity. I could not have been happier about our choice of where to stay, or the home we stayed in.

Amazing place to stay!

The house was amazing for family and friends. Very clean with plenty of room for a party of 9-10. The upstairs was used by the kids that included a pool table and video games. The adults enjoyed the wide open seating areas and of course the pool area. We will defiantly be planning another trip to this house!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We were in Peoria for my son's wedding and the house was perfect for our group. Everyone commented what a great place it was for us. The house was very spacious and the backyard was perfect. Desi was great to work with. We will definitely come back.

Fabulous for the whole family

This was a wonderful house. It is really big and laid out well so it suited our family well. The kitchen is huge and a pleasure to cook in. It is a beautiful house in a really great location. The owner was great to work with and whenever I contacted her she always responded within minutes. Excellent property, I would definitely rent it again.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this Terramar property! We really loved the location of the house. The neighborhood was great and easy access to a lot fun things to do in the area. The house was great with lots of room for the two families staying at the house. It was great to have a pool and well worth getting it heated in March. Desi was great to work with and easy to contact with any questions we had. I would stay again!

Great Stay

Big spacious property in a quiet neighborhood. Stores and restaurants were just a few minutes away. In between games the adults and teens enjoyed the backyard. Morning swims were very nice before it got too hot. Desi was very easy to communicate with.

Holidays 2022 at Bronco Mar Vacation Home

Family get together

My family, to consist of siblings and spouses, we’re in Peoria AZ to celebrate a cousin’s birthday. The house was very comfortable, plenty of room for all of us to have our own bedroom, bathrooms were spacious and well stocked.. Kitchen was very nice and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and the outdoor pool. Spent most of our evenings visiting on the back patio, where there was ample room for everyone. Would definitely recommend this house. Desi was very accommodating and responded quickly to any inquiries we had.

Family Christmas celebration

This place was nicely set up and allowed lots of space for my adult children, their spouse and the grandkids. Choosing to have the pool heated was great we enjoyed playing in it and when a kiddo tipped in I was grateful it wasn’t freezing cold. The kitchen could use a few bigger pans for cooking for the large groups the space allows, but the kitchen was otherwise great. It was nice to be in the kitchen and still feel like part of the activities. Communication with the owner was amazing and I look forward to visiting again.
