NOTE: CONSTRUCTION DE BÂTIMENT:

Au cours de la période 2017-2018, des travaux de construction seront réalisés dans le complexe. Le travail se déroulera de 8h00 à 5h00 du lundi au vendredi et du bruit se produira. Il y a 2 bâtiments dans le complexe et en fonction de l'horaire de travail, il peut ou non entraîner du bruit et de l'équipement près de notre condo. Tout le travail sera fait à l'extérieur des bâtiments. Les installations resteront ouvertes pendant cette période.

Les tarifs ont été réduits pour refléter le bruit de la construction et les perturbations.

Ce condo a une vue magnifique depuis le salon et la chambre. Nous avons regardé le coucher de soleil sur la véranda (balcon) et nous avons dîné dehors presque tous les soirs et tous les matins. Il y a une plage juste en face du condo et 5 barbecues avec des torches tiki. Toutes les commodités sont ici, nous avons adoré, je ne pouvais rien demander d'autre.

Ce 4ème étage a été rénové et réaménagé avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, des meubles et des équipements dont une chaîne hi-fi, une station d'accueil pour iPod, 2 téléviseurs et lecteurs DVD et un accès Internet sans fil gratuit. Profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil chaque nuit de la véranda privée. Cette unité est située dans le côté de la cour de Kauhale Makai (Village au bord de la mer).


Une fois que vous restez dans ce condo, vous ne serez jamais ailleurs


La vue est remarquable!: La vie sur l'île de Maui est tout simplement magnifique - et passer vos vacances à Village by the Sea # 426 sera une expérience inoubliable. La vue de ce condo est quelque chose que vous n'oublierez jamais! Dans les mois d'hiver, vous pourrez voir des baleines à bosse dans l'eau juste au large de notre plage. Le condo a été entièrement rénové et décoré avec des meubles et des équipements sur le thème de l'île. À partir du moment où vous arrivez jusqu'au jour de votre départ, vous serez émerveillé par la beauté de ce condo très spécial.

Immaculate place with so many thoughtful amenities to enhance your stay and experience it was amazing. The views were great, beach access super easy and location is perfect for going to other parts of Maui. Hot tub and pool were very clean and grounds well maintained. The unit is well furnished with thoughtful touches like books and guides. The bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Parking was beyond easy, and more importantly felt safe. Check in was easy and Host excellent at communicating. We will absolutely stay here again when back in Maui

Perfect Hawaiian adventure

We had a great time staying here. The place is very clean, spacious and has beautiful views. Every night we walked out to the beach to see the sun set and had breakfast on the patio. The place was stocked with everything we needed for cooking, going to the beach

Great value in Kihei

Good location and very well appointed, clean, quiet, and up to date condo. Great for a first visit to Maui. Check in/out was very easy. Only small negative would be the pool, very busy while we were there but that can be expected during the hot summer.

Great property

This property is all it claims to be. The location is ideal. The beach, though small, is only a short stroll away. The condo is easy to access, has all the comforts of home and the keyless entry is convenient-no key to lose! Everything you need is provided including beach gear and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils etc. condo was very clean and well kept. We would definitely book this condo again hands down.

Beautiful condo in a lovely setting

The unit is updated and clean, and everything was in good working order. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, dishes and appliances to prepare meals. The lanai extends from the living area to the bedroom and the view over the expansive lawn to the ocean is beautiful. All linens were clean and the bed was comfortable to us. Central AC was appreciated during the night for comfortable sleeping. There was decent water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Beautiful place, nice location, has everything you need

This is a beautiful place with a good view and a well appointed kitchen. Very clean, just as listed. A beautiful beach is just a hundred yards away, amazing to experience morning walks with coffee in hand. Our stay unfortunately coincided with extremely loud drilling noises (ongoing maintenance in a neighboring unit), so we could not really stay in during the day time. The mattress in the bedroom could use a replacement - I have a lower back problem and prefer medium to firm surfaces, but this one sank a little bit in the middle.

Awesome Accommodation!!!

This was my first VRBO experience and we hit the jackpot with this place. Awesome location; super clean and fully FULLY equipped with everything you could need. We were in Maui for 9 days and cooked breakfast each morning and barbecued on 3 nights. Everything we could possible need was there. The condo is newly renovated and done very well. Beautiful view … we had our coffee each morning on the balcony. Late afternoon and early morning walks on the beautiful beach nearby were amazing. I’d stay here again and again and again. It was perfect for 2 people but looks alike it could accommodate at least 4. Very VERY happy with our choice to stay here. Thank you Stephen for making your place so wonderful!!!

A home away from home

Maui and Mr. Roberts condo is all you really need. The accomodations are excactly as described, comfortable, clean and accomodating all your needs. The kitchen is small, but has all the tools you need. The refrigirator is large and will hold a weeks worth of supply without a problem. The beds are comfortable, even the pull out couch, which turns into a comfy queen size bed. Towels are soft and generous in size. Mr. Roberts is a treat to deal with and as I said earlier, there is everything you need. I will be back, the fourth time, hopefully real soon.

Wonderful Condo

We spent 10 days on Maui and in this amazing condo overlooking the ocean. Right when you walk in, it just feels comfy, clean, spacious and inviting. My husband and I would highly recommend this condo, it has a wonderful lanai with tables and chairs. You are overlooking the pool and BBQ, which is really nice as well. It is decorated very nice and the elevator and washer and dryer are very close to you. That is nice when you have laundry to do. We will definitely will be coming back and staying at this condo. The owner is very nice to deal with, gets back to you in a timely manner. Thanks again, The Salenger's

Good Location and Nice View

Overall, this is a good place to stay, but we were somewhat disappointed, considering its very positive reviews. The gardens, pool, and spa are clean and well-maintained, and the view from the lanai is nice; however, the beach is quite a distance away from the unit, and nearby road noise tends to drown out the surf. The unit is in need of some maintenance and a deep clean, as it had damaged lanai screens, burnt-out light bulbs, dirty wall mirrors, over-use of air freshener, and an inoperable a/c unit thermostat control (always cold, even when turned to "warm", so it had to either be turned on or off). The couch bed is fairly uncomfortable for adults and had crumbs under the cushions and on the sheets. Although the unit has plenty of kitchenware and a dishwasher, simple additions such as coffee filters would be helpful. Also, the dryers in the laundry room on our floor did not work, which was inconvenient as departure instructions state that beach towels should be washed prior to check-out! In spite of these issues, we had a great time during our two-day stay at this condo, especially since it is very convenient to Kihei groceries, shops, and restaurants, and to Makena's Big Beach and La Perouse Bay (our favorites!).

Aloha John, Thank you so much for your feedback. I am grateful for your very constructive information. I take great pride in my condo and I will act on every item that you mentioned. I depend on guests like you to report any cleaning issues to me. Please be assured that I will be speaking with my housekeeper today! I do not accept excuses for any type of cleaning issues. There are no excuses for any type of cleaning issues!! Again, my housekeeper should have taken care of most of the issues you outlined...and I assure you that these issues will be addressed TODAY! With regard to the air conditioner. We are at the mercy of the building hardware on this one. There are 2 fan speeds...low and high. We can't really control the temperate of the air...as it is delivered from a chiller on the roof of the building. So, yes, when it's on...it stays on the cool side. I guest cooler is better in the tropical sunshine. The laundry rooms are controlled by the Owners Association. I will be emailing them today to understand why the dryers were out of order. As you know, there are laundry rooms just outside of the elevators on the other floors. Again, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay...and I assure you that the items you outlined will be addressed by me ASAP!! Mahalo, Stephen

Wir fanden ein wunderbares, sauberes Apartment, mit geschmackvoller Ausstattung vor, und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Stephen war sehr gut, er war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir würden dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Nice housing

This was a nice property right in town. It is very close to the beach, I wouldn’t consider beachfront. You can’t hear the water or easily see the waves from the balcony. It is a simple walk to the beach though which was nice. Overall well stocked condo with things needed for the beach which was appreciated.

Great stay!

This condo is in the best location. Pool and hot tub are great. We used the bbqs plenty. You do hear road noise but not a problem for us. The only "negative" would be that your lanai is not in the sun at all throughout the day! We would stay here again! It was nice to use the beach towels, chairs and cooler. Thanks Stephen!

Excellent location, condo layout is very comfortable, and we really like the shower.

Location in north Kihei gave us convenient access to all the local facilities, and friends and relatives with whom we went to spend Thanksgiving. We really like the condo's layout compared to others we've stayed at in Kihei. We specifically liked having a shower rather than a bathtub. Our only (slightly) negative comment is that the unit is getting a little down in the dumps and could use a little maintenance: kitchen cabinet facings are starting to peel off, and a few spots need some spackle and paint touchup. And if you ever get to replacing the toilet, we strongly suggest a modern "comfort" height unit.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is big enough for two people and provided all the amenities that we needed. It was clean and well maintained. The view of the ocean and pool area are just as the photos show them to be. The balcony provided a comfortable location for enjoying our morning coffee. However, there is no privacy while sitting on the balcony, due to the proximity of the balconies of the adjacent complex. The complex grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The beach was nice...not large and we enjoyed walking it. The air conditioning worked well when we needed it during the late afternoon and night. The bed was a little too firm for our liking. There were extra pillows, sheets and blankets if needed. The TV is high quality and worked well once we figured out how to control it (directions in the guest information book). We did not turn on the TV in the bedroom. Wi-fi worked very well. The lighting in the bath room sink area was a little low for our liking, but not too bad. The kitchen cabinet doors and drawers are starting to show their age and could use an upgrade. Overall...the condo was a good choice for our first visit to Kihei. Thank you Stephen for sharing it with us.
