L'unité 231 située dans le bâtiment Plumeria offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan, l'île, le coucher du soleil et la montagne depuis les pièces à vivre ainsi que dans la chambre! Vous ne trouverez pas vue sur l'océan de la chambre à coucher dans de nombreuses propriétés Kihei. L'unité est au deuxième étage et l'unité la plus proche d'une chambre à l'eau. Réveillez-vous au son des oiseaux et de la vue sur l'océan (à 100 mètres).

Cette unité a été rénovée en mars 2018.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée en vaisselle, casseroles et petits appareils ménagers avec lesquels vous aurez besoin de cuisiner. Il ya 5 barbecues au gaz situés dans la cour / zone commune adjacente à la zone de la piscine. Profitez d'un barbecue tout en admirant le coucher de soleil! Ceci est un complexe extrêmement sympathique.

'Village by the Sea' Kauhale Makai ~ est situé dans l'extrémité tranquille de la région nord Kihei, à 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport et à quelques minutes à Maui meilleures plages, restaurants, golf, shopping et autres attractions.

Sue's Paradise

This property is close to many local beaches, shops and is an easy drive from the airport. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture and lovely sunsets. We would love to stay here again.

Home away from home

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Short drive to restaurants and shopping in Kihei. Easy access to the beach for those morning walks. A/C worked great and kept us comfortable. Would stay here again on our next Maui trip.

Awesome getaway

The condo was excellent, clean & well stocked.Love the Beach,& the turtles were amazing to watch in the morning just a short walk up the beach from the condo.😊

Beautiful Condo in Kihei

Our experience at Sue’s condo was excellent! The check-in process was smooth, the condo was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the view was beautiful! Also the location is very central, with shops and beautiful beaches close by. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Maui.

Amazing getaway Condo in Maui

My wife and I had am amazing time and will definitely be back again to stay at Sue’s condo. We were very pleased with our stay here on Maui and Sue did an amazing job keeping us informed of things to do on the island and recommendations to eat and what beaches we should go to. Definitely a must stay! The unit has everything you need and it’s located right on the water. The sunrises and sunsets were perfect!

Nice Location for a Short Honeymoon

Very comfortable second floor location with an ocean view from the lanai. We stayed Friday through Wednesday and really enjoyed the easy "walk to the beach" access without having to cross any roads. It was quiet and we loved that it was just a few blocks north of the main part of Kihei and plenty of eating, shopping, and activities. Everything from church to Mama's Fishhouse to a Luau at the Marriott were easily accessible with a short drive. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Sue’s condo was perfect! The beach is just a 2 min walk across the grassy area. The condo was spotless & we had everything we needed for our beach days! I would recommend this space & I would stay again!

Perfect Vacation Spot

My husband and I spent 8 nights in paradise for our 10th wedding anniversary. Sue's place is fabulous and I can't believe the price! We love to cook and were very happy to find a kitchen with everything necessary to cook all of our favorites. You can't beat the location and the ability to walk straight out to the beach anytime you want. We will definitely be back to Maui and we will definitely stay in Sue's property again.

What a nice surprise!

This is a very clean and quiet condo. The location for us could not have been better. It's close to a very long and uncrowded beach. Restaurants and groceries are a short drive away. The owners were very helpful when we booked and gave us some much appreciated information before we arrived. We will book this condo again if it's available.

So enjoyed my stay. Interior of condo so stylish and comfortable. Every possible need anticipated. Condo location and grounds were stellar. Beach, sunset, amenities were great! Excellent Condo

Sue was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Property was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Few minute drive for snorkeling, surfing and biking needs. Sugar Beach Bakery is awesome. Tony at Maui Sunriders Bike Shop was super great to work with. Mahalo!

Great family-oriented place to stay in Maui

The apartment has everything that anybody will need; however, the AC not working was an issue especially during the evening. We enjoyed our stay anyway and the location was very appropriate for us. Thank you.
