We came to tour ECU and this was the absolute perfect location for my daughter and I to enjoy a girl's night, while feeling at home. We enjoyed dining and shopping local just minutes away. As a bird lover and reader, I enjoyed morning coffee on the porch swing. I highly suggest this location for families visiting the area. Family friendly and quaint, I highly recommend this for all those wanting to experience the true feeling of Greenville and what it has to offer! The host, Dana, was wonderful and responsive, as well!

This charming home was centrally located to everything in Greenville! It's situated in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk in the evenings. The home was extremely clean with everything you need your stay away. Starter items were left if you forgot anything. And the bonus room with the foosball table...I never saw my kids once they found it! We will most definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We had our sisters wedding this weekend and this house was perfect to be able to spread out when we were there! The kids really enjoyed the extra space in the separate building!

Another great stay here

I'm Dana. I met my husband Tony at ECU in the 80's. We're both from Eastern NC. We married and bought this, our first home, in 1992 from the original owner. This is where we raised our little family until we moved to our current home in 2004. We loved this home and the neighborhood so much that we didn't let it go, so we held on to it as a rental over the years. Then in the summer of 2021, a friend who cleaned short term rentals suggested to me that I turn mine into a STR as well. I haven't regretted it. It keeps me busy since retirement and I've met some of the kindest people.

The Elmhurst/Englewood neighborhood is conveniently located to anywhere/anything in Greenville, especially ECU sports. When I lived here, I always loved being able to walk to the ECU festivities. The homes are established and well maintained. I personally love the hills on N Overlook. The neighborhood Park at the end of that road lead to the cutest little park with Pickleball, a Picnic shelter and a kid's playground (1400 Brownlea Dr).

I think what makes my property stand out from the others is the love that I have for it, and that I have always had for it. My family simply outgrew it, and we couldn't bear to depart with it forever if we didn't have to. This house is not just a property, owned by some property management company, or an individual trying to flip a home to make a buck. That's the difference between this home and the others out there. With that being said, you'll always know it really is given more attention. It's more than just a business.
