3 chambres / 1 salle de bain maison situé au centre de Greenville. 1. 8 miles à Ecu et 4. 4 miles à l'hÎpital Vidant. Restaurants, boutiques, écu, terrain de baseball et ligue commerçante à quelques minutes.

Comptoir en granit, laveuse / sĂ©cheuse neuve, lave-vaisselle, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et micro-ondes. Tous les draps, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles et poĂȘles sont fournis Ă  nos clients. ECU convenient home with eveything you need.

Great neighborhood. Convenient to greenways for exercising. House is clean and quiet. Everything worked for us. Greenville is small so drive to anything isn't bad.

A little gem

Our family of four enjoyed our stay over Parents Weekend at ECU. The house was just as described . . . tiny but with everything the four of us needed. Thoughtful touches throughout the house and extremely communicative owner made our trip so much more enjoyable!

Wonderful home away from home

Another successful swim weekend!

Quiet home close to the natatorium. Able to cook meals and prep snacks for our swimmer plus the proximity allowed him the opportunity to sleep in between sessions. Highly recommend this cozy, comfortable and clean home. This was our second stay - thank you!!

Perfect and homey!

This was the perfect place to stay for a 3 day stay. Bike riding, walk/hike and an ECU football game. One of the cleanest places we’ve stayed all year! Quiet at night, very comfortable and a lovely front porch. Perk: Walking distance to campus and the football stadium. Loved it!

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable!

This home has been remodeled and is clean and in good shape. Located in an older yet quiet neighborhood, it is close to ECU. Perfect location for our needs to get to and from the natatorium. And it was quite comfortable, allowing us and our swimmer to rest in between sessions. And as questions came up, the owner was quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our needs

Lee’s property was exactly what we needed while in Greenville looking at homes! It was clean, quiet, roomy, well stocked, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable! Being able to do laundry was a huge plus! Lee was easy to communicate with, and was able to quickly accommodate our need for a few extra nights! It was close to anything you would need, while in a quiet, friendly residential neighborhood. We had a lovely week! Thank you!

This was a great house for our visit to Greenville for our daughter’s graduation from ECU. Nice, pretty neighborhood. Everything in the house was great and met our needs exceptionally. A true piece of Americana. Thanks for sharing such a treasure.

Great property in Greenville

Charming, well-maintained, older home. Everything was clean and well stocked when we arrived. We were in town for an event at the Greenville convention center. The house is in a quiet residential area and was convenient to the convention center and lots of retail/restaurants nearby. Quick, easy communication with owner.

we enjoyed the house and neighborhood. It was extremely clean and all was efficient and easy to use. It reminded us of the homes we grew up in with the fact that it was tastefully updated and very comfortable. We would and plan on staying there again.
