Le condo est situĂ© au cƓur de South Padre Island, Ă  seulement 2 minutes Ă  pied de plusieurs kilomĂštres de magnifiques plages de sable. Cette belle location est l'endroit idĂ©al pour faire de vos prochains souvenirs de vacances.

Ceci est un condo récemment rénové au bord de la plage est au rez de chaussée et est idéal pour les familles avec enfants ou les Texans d'hiver.

Dans ce condo, vous profiterez de la commodité et du confort d'un chez-soi. Ce condo une salle de bain est propre, élégant, spacieux et meublé avec goût. Le condo dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec de nombreux appareils, d'un salon avec canapé-lit, d'un accÚs haut débit à Internet et de la télévision par cùble, d'une chambre relaxante avec une télévision dans la chambre. Le complexe est mis à jour et bien entretenu.

Le salon et la chambre ont chacun accÚs à la salle de bains spacieuse, idéale pour les groupes de 4 personnes. La cuisine s'ouvre sur le salon pour un concept ouvert et une conversation facile. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire de cuisine pour ceux qui souhaitent prendre leur repas à la maison.

Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité pour plus de commodité.

Our host Susan was great. The amenities were good. Better than a hotel as yiu have more room. The only thing that i think it could use are updated frying pans, maybe a small lamp in the bedroom. Otherwise it was awesome.

Everything was as described, the only issue is that there is a live music stage on the other side of the backyard fence that has bands, karaoke, trivia, bingo, etc from mid-afternoon until 10pm, every day. The sound comes right through the walls and windows without the windows being open. There's no escaping it. Very disappointing.

The house was cozy and clean. Had access to a lot of stuff within walking distance. The host was extremely friendly and helpful from beginning to end with the booking process. Family Beach trip

We decided to start the summer off at South Padre and stayed here and we were not disappointed. The condo is only a stroll from the beach reastraunts, bars and entertainment. It took no effort in finding something to do besides walking out the front door. Thanks again for the easy and fun stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our family likes spending time on the beach and had always wanted to get a beach condo. We were looking for something that was simple and within walking distance to the beach.

We wanted our condo to be on the ground floor as our elderly parents would not have been able to climb the stairs and my sister (who has a small baby in stroller) would have had trouble lugging stroller up and down the stairs.

This condo is on the ground floor and is at a perfect location for long beach days!!. It is just a short walk across the street to the nearest beach access, so walking back for food, drinks, and restroom breaks is a non-issue—IT IS GREAT TO BE SO CLOSE!.

Not to forget you get your own parking this close to the beach when you rent our condo. This is perfect during the peak season when finding a public parking becomes a great hassle.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The condo is located on Retama street next to the greatest restaurant on the beach, The Palms! Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served and if you happen to be out on the beach lounging it is perfect for refreshments too. There are lost of restaurants and shopping in walking distance from the condo.

The condo location as ideal location on the island since it is sandwiched between the southern entertainment district and the northern quiet district.

Spend your mornings swimming, kite-boarding, and surfing in the Gulf of Mexico, and take evening walks on the beach to watch the summer fireworks. The marina is less than 5 mins drive where you can rent boats or go for Dolphin watch and Sunset Cruise.

The north end of the beach offers adventure activities, horse back riding on the beach and you can also drive your vehicle on the beach sand!.

There are also plenty of options for fishing - Surf Fishing, Pier Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea fishing. Great for spending quality time with your kids.
