Venez être nos invités, détendez-vous et profitez d'une vue imprenable sur le lac Norman en séjournant dans notre maison de 3 chambres! Lorsque vous entrez dans la porte d'entrée, vous obtiendrez cette sensation de type lodge avec un immense plan d'étage ouvert, un mur de fenêtres côté lac, de hauts plafonds et des poutres magnifiquement exposées. Le salon principal est entièrement ouvert, offrant un grand débit de la cuisine, de la salle à manger et des superbes pièces et est un endroit parfait pour les familles et les amis pour se reconnecter et profiter de quelques jours! Au bord du lac de la propriété, vous pouvez profiter de certaines des meilleures vues du lac Norman disponibles en profitant d'un immense porche grillagé avec de nombreux sièges en plein air pour tous les invités.

Au niveau principal, vous trouverez la chambre principale puis une chambre d'amis avec 2 lits superposés. Au niveau inférieur via une entrée séparée, vous trouverez une suite complètement séparée avec une chambre et salle de bain privée.

Vous avez un bateau ou un jet ski? Apportez-le avec vous et gardez-le sur le quai privé de la propriété. Vous souhaitez louer un bateau ou du ski à la place? Faites-le nous savoir et nous vous mettrons en contact avec une grande entreprise locale qui livrera le bateau au quai pour vous, vous guidera à travers tout et ramassera le bateau / ski à la fin de votre réservation - super pratique!

Back Porch Bliss was a lovely home well prepared for guests! It was spotless and inviting and even had a Christmas tree for our Christmas week stay.

The location of the property is fantastic. It is right on the lake. The interior of the house is beautiful & it has a fantastic view of gorgeous sunsets over the lake from the huge back porch.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. The place was very clean, the staff is amazing. But the quite views from the back porch are breathtaking. Sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend this place.

Back Porch Bliss is the perfect name for this location. I could live on that porch! The lake view, the peace, and the quiet - at least during the weekdays - was absolutely wonderful.House and grounds were lovely. All amenities you could ask for - from games to appliances, to a very nice Welcome Gift of treats and a bottle of wine. Nice touch. Would liked to have had window coverings in the main rooms after sundown. Roku entertainment system was very frustrating but property manager and owner were a great help in resolving issues.

Wonderful lake cottage

The house was just charming. All of the beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well stocked for most any cooking need. The dock and fire pit areas are great and the kayaks and paddle board were used most every day. We were there for the 4th of July week and we had great views of fireworks 4 nights that were spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing View

We had a wonderful stay! When we arrived, there was a welcome tray of goodies to enjoy and the basic paper products were provided so we didn't have to rush to the grocery. The living area was wide open and could accommodate our entire family in a variety of different activities, but we could still be together. The view from the back porch was even better than expected! The host couldn't have been easier to communicate with and we would highly recommend this property!

Excellent Getaway

I stayed here as a weekend getaway in February. The location of the house is just passed the Trump National Golf Course and is in a perfect location. You turn on to a drive where four beautiful homes are located, one of which is the rental. The home was set up perfectly, clean, and has exceptional views. There were just two of us staying but note that the third bedroom is only accessible by walking outside and down underneath the deck and the second bedroom on the main living floor has bunk beds. We couldn't have been happier with our stay, the communication and setup were great. I highly recommend this property

Back Porch Bliss

Lake Norman is amazing and this property has you feeling spoiled being right on the lake. The house has 2 bedrooms on the upstairs with 2 bedrooms. The downstairs area with the third bedroom is completely separate with no access from the inside. The kitchen/living are is a large open floor plan. The kitchen is full of almost everything one would need. There are also games and books to enjoy. It's a great property to families. No complaints.

Best Lake house experience!

This host pays attention to detail to create the best possible VRBO vacation for you. The house and location are second to none! The property is gorgeous and well maintained. Coffee is provided, and the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen utensils and things you need to create family meals. There’s even a well stocked assortment of herbs and spices! There are plenty of towels, beds are comfortable, and everything was clean! We enjoyed the wrap around porch, the ping pong table, and kayaks. We did not get a chance to boat this trip, but we’d love to come back and take advantage of the boat drop off arrangement that the host can connect you with. We loved Charlotte, but fell in love with lake Norman and Mooresville. Who knows…we may be back in 10 years to retire in this area.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house had everything we needed to comfortably stay with our four children, 2 dogs and grandparents. The separate suite downstairs was a perfect area for my parents to have their own space while my family and I took over the upstairs! Pros: great location, communication was excellent, fully equipped with all kitchen essentials, fans, baby items etc.They even had pet crates and dog beds for pet use if needed My only con and advice for the host would be to update the dock area and have it cleaned for cob webs prior to guest check in. We had several cob webs to break up and spiders to rid of before allowing our small children on the dock. There are also several nails popped up which could really hurt bare feet of all ages. We used the dock every day and night to swim and fish. It was fully functional but again could use some work. We also brought our boat with us so use of the covered dock area was really nice. Some hooks and storage to hang life jackets and fishing gear on the dock would be a nice addition so guests do not have to bring everything up to the house each evening. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Lake Home

The house is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful setting. The house contains every amenity, plus a kitchen with every utensil needed. Very clean & the fully enclosed wrap around porch is breathtaking overlooking the lake. The welcome basket was a wonderful surprise too!

Beautiful location

We have been coming to Lake Norman for years and per usual had a great time. The house location was great and the house was super cute and had everything we needed! Although we had a great time, we do think the house could have been cleaner.
