La maison est cĂŽtĂ© ocĂ©an et il n'est pas nĂ©cessaire de traverser une autoroute ou une route principale pour se rendre Ă  la plage. À seulement 1 rue des magasins et restaurants de Garfield Parkway, cette maison est un endroit idĂ©al pour des vacances Ă  la plage.
Invitant et entiÚrement équipé avec 6 téléviseurs à écran plat (grande salle et chaque chambre) et Internet sans fil. Grand salon / salle à manger / coin cuisine ouvert avec planchers de bois, foyer et terrasses à tous les niveaux et douche extérieure.
Gracieusement aménagé et trÚs propre avec des meubles confortables dans une grande chambre et chambres ainsi que sur les ponts à l'extérieur.
La maison est parfaite pour des réunions de famille ou des vacances à la plage avec 1 ou 2 autres familles. La maison peut accueillir 12 personnes avec 1, King 2 reines, 2 lits jumeaux et un lit superposé double / simple et gigogne (Twin).

The owner was readily accessible to answer any questions. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was. The location is fantastic - very close to both boardwalk and beach which allowed our teenagers to safely venture out on their own. The expansive open concept layout of the kitchen, dining and living area was excellent allowing everyone to mingle and relax. All the bedrooms and open area open to a large well-furnished decks. We plan to return. Definitely recommend.

Perfect house right in downtown Bethany. House is bright and open and lots of indoor and outdoor hangout spots. We had 10 people there and there was plenty of space to spread out. Kids loved it. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Beach House for Families or Groups

House was exactly as advertised. Great layout and lots of room to spread out with teenagers and little kids (we had 10 in our party) in the main living area. Loved having all of the decks and we could see the 4th of July fireworks from the front main level deck. A huge bonus!!! Kitchen was extremely well equipped and cookware was in great condition. Communication with Sean was effortless, he was responsive, beyond helpful and kind when we had questions about accommodations for my mother in law. He also proactively shared details about 4th of July street closings. We did not hear any noise from the fire house. We really enjoyed walking out of the house and seeing the friendly firemen. 150% recommend the property and would stay here again!

Perfect in Every Way!!

Lots of room to spread out and find some personal space for our group of 5 adults and four children (3,4,6 and 7). Bonus was the puzzles—kept us entertained for hours. We’ll stocked kitchen supplies for all breakfasts and most dinners we prepared; everything we wanted was in walking distance; easy access to beach. Only downside was having to head home after the week’s end.

The property is beautifully decorated with a beach theme throughout. Wonderful location with a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Great outdoor shower and plenty of beach chairs to use. Very well stocked kitchen.

Great Family vacation!

This was our second family vacation in Sean and Joanne‘s beach house. We had seven adults and three children under seven with plenty of space for everyone. The addition of screened in porches were a bonus this trip to sit out on and have coffee or drink wine. The kitchen had everything that we needed, we cooked in almost every meal. Sean is a wonderful host and he’s quick to answer any and all questions and goes out of his way to make sure that the home has everything that you need. It’s really nice not to have to worry about dragging beach chairs with you or umbrellas. I highly recommend this beach house.

Beautiful Beach House

This was our 2nd year staying at this beautiful beach house. It accommodated 6 adults and 4 children very nicely. Everything you could possibly need is included. The wagon to haul chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys is a nice bonus. Sean communicates quickly whenever you have a concern. We have already reserved for next year!!!

Great stay

We had such a great experience at the house. Everything was clean and the space was great. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. The house had baby gates and a high chair which made life with the little ones easy. Would highly recommend for a family vacation

Best beach house I have ever stayed at

I was underwhelmed by the posting and did not expect much based on the price I paid for the week - the photos do not do this property justice. The attention to detail the property owners have put into this home is above and beyond the larger, more expensive rental homes. Talk to Sean before you pack the car because there is just about everything you could need already included with the house down to a high chair, batteries, and beach chairs. There is a certifiably ridiculous amount of deck space at this house, some of it screened in. Communication with Sean was seamless and responsive. This home will be my first choice when staying at Bethany for our yearly family trip. Can not recommend enough.

Beautiful Beach Home!

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful beach home! Kitchen had everything we could possibly need for our family of 10. Short walk to the beach; short walk to town — location is perfect. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated - the perfect place for our family vacation. We will return !!

Perfect property for your family’s beach getaway!

This Bethany beach house has everything you can ask for in a rental. The house is beautifully decorated, rooms are large, the furniture and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is so well stocked with cooking utensils, you don’t have to bring a thing from home. There are books, games and puzzles for everyone to enjoy on a rainy day. There is plenty of parking, the beach is a short walk away and downtown shopping and restaurants are only a block away! Would definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful Beach House

We had a rental all lined up but in January the owner decided not to rent so we had to scramble to find something available. We were so lucky to find this awesome beach house that accommodated our family of 10 (6 adults & 4 kids). It is updated and decorated beautifully and is about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would want & need. A collapsible wagon is available to haul the beach chairs and umbrellas that are provided -what a plus!! So many decks to choose from to relax on too. The king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom was very comfy. The two queens were too firm for our adult children but since I didn’t sleep on them I can’t attest to that! We had concerns about being so close to the firehouse but there’s no need to worry about sirens -only heard one and that was in the afternoon. The owner Sean is very quick to respond about any concerns you might have during your stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

As regular visitors to Bethany Beach for many years, we decided to purchase a home and grow roots in this awesome family-friendly town. We decided on Bethany because of the great beach, town, and family-friendly community. In addition, we have extended family in the area, so we are here to stay!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is ideal for us for family gatherings because of its layout, size and proximity to town. It is an ideal get away...being on the beach side of the highway makes getting to town, park, and the beach a simple walk. Once you are here, you don't need to get back into the car at all! Just park, and relax...
