This is the most wonderful vacation rental apartment I have ever stayed in, no question. The location is perfect, the terrace has to be seen to be believed, and Paola has thought of every detail. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the space is gorgeous. We are already planning to come back this year!

Great location. Great host. Two bus lines stop close by. Good food options nearby if you don’t feel like traveling. Top floor with open large roof top space. AC in bedroom so temp is cool enough. Airport was about 45 minutes during Friday morning rush hour to get home. Paola was always in touch and helpful. Location is close to major sites. Vatican was 20 minutes by bus.

Paola is an exemplary host. Friendly, punctual, responsive, with a spotlessly clean property. We stayed in her Monteverde penthouse suite for most of a month and I couldn’t imagine a better place to live, and (unfortunately) to work. Arrival was seamless and communication quick and effective. For English-speaking guests, her English is excellent. Highly recommend.In practical terms, the dishwasher, in-house laundry, and AC were greatly appreciated. The sunsets and views from the huge rooftop are not to be missed.

Pamphili Terrace was really great and comfortable. Paola is the nicest hostess! She's accommodating, kind, and friendly. She also provided us with lots of information about the area, where to walk, where to take the bus, etc. The place is very clean, and the terrace is amazing with beautiful views. Comfortable bed and pillows, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a complete kitchen. Very good Wifi if needed for work. We found oil, vinegar, coffee, filters, soap/detergent, etc. Some leftovers from other guests, some new for us. Only one word of caution for larger individuals: the shower is quite small. This is a great place to stay in Rome!

Great stay with Paula, incredible deck and a cute apartment

I would highly recommend this condo, Paula was there to greet us and from the first moment she ensured our stay would be perfect. The condo and deck are beautiful, offering excellent views, day and night. There are a lot of coffee shops around, and the nearby restaurant Eden, and their staff shouldn’t be missed. They made us food every night, we just asked them to bring us plates and it was all incredible, especially if you like seafood. We walked everywhere and it never seemed that far, maybe 20 minutes to the Vatican, broken up by an expresso and pastry. Great stay, especially for two people, thanks Paula for everything!

perfect home away from home

I very much enjoyed my stay in Terrazza Pamphili. Paola was there to welcome me and show me around, and was a gracious and helpful hostess. The apartment is ideally suitable for a single person or couple and is comfortably furnished with all the essential conveniences. The building is situated in a pleasant 20th-century neighborhood a certain distance from the center of town, but easily connected to it by bus. Or one can walk -- it doesn't take much more than half an hour to walk downhill to the Vatican, and even less to Trastevere. I would definitely stay here again.

Super séjour

Appartement pour 2, fidèle à la description. Nous avons adoré la terrasse et sa vue sur le parc de la villa Pamphili, très apaisant après les journées de visite. L’accès aux différents quartiers de la ville est très facile avec les bus à proximité. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité de la supérette. Un très bon séjour

Bel appartement avec une magnifique terrasse

Nous avons adoré l’appartement de Paola, très bien équipé et agréable mais surtout la terrasse qui fait le tour de l’appartement avec une vue magnifique sur le Parc Doria Pamphili et sur Rome. Tout est prévu pour le confort des vacanciers (barbecue, table, transat, douche extérieure) sans oublier l’accueil de Paola qui est très disponible et nous a donné des indications et conseils pour visiter. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture durant toute la semaine dans le quartier où, c’est important de le préciser, le stationnement est gratuit. Si nous revenons à Rome, sans aucun doute nous retournerons dans l’appartement de rêve de Paola.

appartement cosy

L'appartement de Paola est très agréable avec une vue incroyable sur Rome. Il est parfait pour un couple d'amoureux. La terrasse permet aux beaux jours de profiter pleinement de la situation géographique et de boire un verre en toute tranquillité. L'appartement est à 30 mn de Trastevere à pieds (quartier des restaurants), mais le bus 44 permet d'être en 10 mn dans le centre de Rome. Tout est fait pour le confort des locataires, et Paola nous a facilité la vie en réservant pour nous un chauffeur de l'aéroport. Bref, une belle escale pour visiter Rome et une grande gentillesse de sa propriétaire.

Beautiful home, the views were incredible! Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. The terrace was the selling point for me and it was worth it. Everything was clean. Air conditioning worked well enough during a heat wave. Host Paola was wonderful from the start over messaging, and as very thorough when showing the property. Wonderful neighborhood with all you need if you’re not interested in the tourist sites. Great restaurants around, I recommend Lumie di Sicilia! And enough markets if you’re interested in making your own meals.

Perfect place for two. Comfortable. Great terrace.

Imagine a cozy apartment on top of a building with wide windows and light and being welcome by nice and available owners, imagine having breakfast or lunch on the east part of the 120 M2 terrace with a view on the beautiful park of villa Pamphili, imagine a 10 minute walk down to Trastevere via the Gianicolo or a 20 minute ride with the bus 44 to Teatro Marcello and Piazza Venezia, imagine watching the sunset on Rome with the mountains in the background from the west part of the terrace, imagine the nice restaurants in the neighborhood, what else ? Superlækkert: TotalPenthouse sol

Med ankomst kl 23.15 fik vi den sædvanlige gæstfrie italienske velkomst. Paola "bombarderede" os med oplysninger i sin iver på at være så behjælpelig som overhovedet muligt. Lejligheden er pæn og lækker, indrettet på den gamle traditionelle italienske måde,´blandet med lidt nyt. Alt er superfunktionelt og køkkenet har hvad man skal bruge. Tagterrassen med udsigt over til Peterskirken slår alt. Dejlig spise område med udendørs gasgrill, fedt liggeområde med kold udendørsbruser. Beligenheden er fantastisk. Ca 2-3 km til alt: Colloseum, Vatikanstaten, Piazza Navona, Fontana Trevi mm. Lige overfor ligger der en stor dejlig park. Absolut anbefalelsesværdigt. Ciao Jim Vestergaard

Paola gave us a lot of information and it was clear his desire to be as useful as possible. The apartment is nice and lovely, decorated in a traditional Italian way, mixed with antiques and new. Everything is super functional and the kitchen has what you need. The rooftop terrace with views of St. Peter's dome beats everything. Beautiful deck with gas grill and lounge area with outdoor cold shower. The location is fantastic. About 2-3 km for all: the Colosseum, the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain. Across the street is a nice big park. Definitely recommended. Siamo arrivati alle 23:15 e abbiamo avuto una bella ospitalità italiana. Paola ci ha fornito molte informazioni ed era chiaro il suo desiderio di essere il più utile possibile. L'appartamento è bello e delizioso, decorato in modo tradizionale italiano, misto con pezzi antichi e nuovi. Tutto è super funzionale e la cucina ha quello che vi serve. La terrazza panoramica con vista sulla cupola di San Pietro batte tutto. Bella la terrazza con grill a gas e zona lounge con doccia fredda esterna. La posizione è fantastica. Ca 2-3 km per tutto: Colosseo, Vaticano, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi. Dall'altra parte della strada è un bel grande parco. Decisamente consigliato. Ciao Jim Vestergaard
