Un petit mais trĂšs bel appartement (monotype) Ă©quipĂ© de climatiseur-pompe de chaleur, d'une salle de bain avec cabine de douche, d'un sĂšche-cheveux, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision couleur, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'un coin cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ© (deux plaques Ă  induction, un four micro-ondes, une caffettiera Moka italienne Ă©lectrique, un toaster). Une trĂšs grande terrasse panoramique de 41 mq avec table, quatre chaises et deux chaises longues. Pour deux personnes. SituĂ© dans le quartier rĂ©sidentiel, historique et artistique de Janicule-Monteverde Vecchio, Ă  proximitĂ© es parcs de la Villa Pamphili et de Villa Sciarra, Ă  dix minutes du centre de Trastevere, Ă  20 minutes en bus du ColisĂ©e. La gare Quattro Venti du train urbain FL3 est Ă  250 mĂštres. Restaurants, marchĂ© Ă  ciel ouvert, supermarchĂ©s, tous types de magasins (une dĂ©licieuse patisserie et aussi crĂ©mĂ©rie en Ă©tĂ©) dans la mĂȘme rue ou trĂšs prĂšs. TrĂšs bon restaurants et trĂšs bon marchĂ© rĂŽtissoires pizzerias (Ă  emporter aussi).
L'ascenseur arrive au quatriÚme étage. Il reste vingt autres marches normales à gravir. Il y a aussi un extincteur à mousse privé. J'habite dans l'appartement en dessous du studio.

It was a perfect stay! Maurizio is very kind and the apartment has all you need. Also the location is very convenient, close to shops and great neighborhoods. Only 20min walk from Trastevere and 40 to city center of Rome. Perfetto! Thank you Maurizio!

The apartment was clean, bed comfortable and area great for 2. The terrace was fantastic. The flat was close to train and the city was easy to navigate ( even for country bumpkins) but the reason this flat gets my 10/10 is Maurizio the host was organized, communicative and incredibly helpful. I would stay here again when in Rome. Many thanks Maurizio.

This property is excellent - a small place to stay with the amenities you need, managed by Maurizio, a wonderful man who picked us up from the train station and not only brought us to the Studio, but also took us on a tour around the neighbourhood and showed us nearby views and monuments, with the best and most affordable recommendations for food. Maurizio wanted to take us on a longer tour but we didn't have the time in our stay, but the next time I go to Rome, the first person I'll call is Maurizio!

Nice place, great host. Stay is in a quieter neighborhood. Good bus service. I only wish the host could boost the wifi, because it doesn't work on the terrace. Also, I cannot get the television from antenna view to cable view. I will likely be back again.

Property is great for a short break , in a good area with plenty of local shops and places to eat. Good bus service from the stop outside with a 5 min trip into the city, great terrace to sit and eat , and it is peaceful.

Small, well equipped, secure, wonderful neighborhood and amenities. Thus was our first time in Rome and i cannot imagine imagine a better combination of access to sites and activities and opportunities to see how how one part of Rome lives.

I cannot recommend this studio enough. It is in a perfect location- not too close to major tourist attractions but close enough that it is very easy to travel to them. The patio/terrace provides spectacular views of the city and is even better at sunset. The actual studio is spacious and clean. I will be coming back!

Nice small studio that everything we needed. Nice terrace to relax in the evening and far enough out of town that you can enjoy some truly local food but still close enough to walk or taxi into the city.Maurizio was great! He gave us a guided tour when we arrived that gave us a quick overview or Trastevere and Rome highlights. We were very happy to have chosen this place to stay. Next visit to Rome we will be staying here.

Great stay

Maurizio’s apartment was a great place to base ourselves for 4 days. Maurizio went above and beyond to host us by picking us up from the train station with our bags and he let us check out late. The terrace is huge and would be a wonderful spot in the summer

Amazing stay!

The apartment was very clean! It’s perfect for 1-2 people. Maurizio is very very nice and helpful, full of advice and tips about Rome. The terrace is very spacious and beautiful. I highly recommend!!

Great location and awesome patio

This small apartment is in a really nice and safe neighbourhood. Has everything you need and it is away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but close enough to walk if you want. Public transportation was very good and on time. Trastevere has a lot of charm. Nice restaurants, markets etc. The best part of the apartment is the private patio. Maurizio and his wife are great hosts and local guides if you need anything during your stay.

Cozy place with a beautiful terrace in a wonderful neighborhood not far from the city center and all the touristy spots. Maurizio is a wonderful host who picked us up at the train station and gave us a tour of the Trastevere neighborhood.

The apartment is the same as the photo. It is clean, organized ans has the basic things you need for your residence. We enjoy the residence and we hope to return some day!In addition, Maurizio, the host, wait for us in the train station after looking our plane plan all the day to took us home. Then, he showed us the neighbourhood with her car and explained the most important monuments and restaurants to eat. He was very kind and helpful.

Our stay in Rome!

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Rome, away from the hustle of downtown in a quiet, comfortable neighbourhood, yet close enough to get anywhere by bus! Place was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you could need including some snacks and coffee supplies!!!
