Host and person checking us in was very helpful and welcoming, the stay was nice, the amenities were everything we needed and more, and was relatively convenient.The host usually replied very quickly and had answers to most of our questions and concerns, and left a notebook for us that contained relevant info about the house and neighborhood.Lots of amenities: A/C and heating, dishwasher (with detergent provided), laundry (with detergent provided), full kitchen (with things like salt, sugar, oil, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans), and the grill and pizza oven is fully stocked with wood, coal, and fire starter provided. The washroom is also pretty funky looking but cool.The location is pretty convenient, with several busses and the streetcar/tram very close by, the house is just on a hill so you'll have to walk up about 7 minutes when coming home from the tram - something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. It's worth it though because the view from the top is fantastic.

Vacances romaines parfaites!

L’appartement a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© rĂ©cemment et le moins que l’on puisse dire est que la rĂ©novation a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©ussie!Les photos dĂ©crivent trĂšs bien l’appartement d’ailleurs.Il est de taille parfaite pour quatre personnes. On ne se marche vraiment pas sur les pieds.La terrasse est superbe et permet suivant les saisons, de prendre son petit-dĂ©jeuner, l’apĂ©ritif ou dĂ©jeuner/ dĂźner.Le quartier est rĂ©sidentiel, trĂšs calme et fleuri: les jasmins embaument la rue!Cependant les quartier n’est pas dĂ©sert, on y trouve tous les commerces nĂ©cessaires et de sympathiques endroits pour un cafĂ©/ brioches et autres snacks.Sans hĂ©siter nous reviendrions dans ce logement si nous avions la chance de retourner Ă  Rome!

Excellent Rooftop Apartment in Trastevere

Exceptional rooftop oasis for a trip to Rome with excellent inside and outside amenities. Comfortable, clean living space with ample and well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and full bath in a mid-century/modern building. Living area opens onto rooftop terrace with spectacular views and a place to relax outdoors. Easy access to bus, tram, and train transportation. Owner/Manager communication was outstanding and accommodated our early arrival needs. Elevator access with 1 flight of stairs to access apartment. Safe area to walk around at all hours. Approximately 20-25 minute walk to the heart of Trastevere. Grocery store was a 5 minute walk and handled all our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Roof deck wonderland

I enjoyed all aspects of this property, with the roof deck reigning supreme among all the amenities. Enjoy your coffee out here, your book, your phone calls, your evening relaxation hour. An oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Roma but easy walking distance to two train stations, lots of buses, and all the shops & restaurants you could need. I would gladly stay here again.

Grave yard quiet

We stayed here the last 2 weeks in September 2024. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and convenient. We were astonished at the quietness of the neighborhood. We did not have a vehicle, but the grocery store was a 10 minute walk away, and coffee shops and gelato shops and ATMs and a restaurant were a 15 minute walk away. Many of the main attractions such as the Basilica S Marie Trastevere, the Pantheon, the Jewish Ghetto and many others were a 30 minute walk. The smart tv had Prime and Netflix apps and we were able to log into our accounts to watch English programs late in the evening - a pleasant experience after "tourist overload." The hostess, Anna Laura, was so helpful - she arranged for our transportation to and from Fiumicino, advised us on the location of things that we needed, and responded immediately via What's App when we had a question. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay here again.

Great apartment, not so great check in

Check in was late, none of our calls were answered, when check in was done it was brief and cursory,. When I raised the issue of no replies to my calls the rep said maybe she was busy. The most basic responsibility of an agent is to answer the clients calls. Apart from that the property was wonderful

Wonderful apartment!

My daughter and I stayed for 7 days and we had a wonderful experience. The property manager was very helpful with assisting with information regarding transportation throughout Rome as well as setting up transportation for us to and from the airport. We had a very peaceful stay and the view is amazing. It is very easy to get to any of the tourist attractions through the bus system. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Rome.

We already miss it!

Very comfortable stay in the Monteverde neighborhood. We loved our breakfasts on the roof terrace, enjoying the stunning views of Rome, while watching the green parakeets foraging in the beautiful trees. The house was spacious and met all of our needs. We even grilled a couple of times on the terrace, which was a lot of fun. We particularly loved the neighborhood feel. Easy walk to a very nice neighborhood supermarket and some cafĂ©s and restaurants. If you like a special culinary treat, try the seafood restaurant Porto Quadro. Easy 12 min walk to nearby train station where we caught cabs to see the sights. Wonderful stay, can’t wait to come back and would definitely stay at this rental again!! 💕

Amazing two bedroom, one bathroom penthouse apartment in a fantastic neighborhood!

This apartment has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Rome. From the exceptionally large living room to the extremely large terrace, and the small swimming pool-sized bathtub, you will want for nothing!! There’s a washing machine with a drying rack, A master bedroom with a large comfortable bed, And a smaller secondary bedroom with a pull out bed that is built into an oversized chair. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this apartment and it finished off our month-long tour of Italy in style! We would gladly stay here again!!

Fabulous

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Roof deck was amazing and the views incredible. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located, close to Trastevere Market and Restaurant area. Bedding was clean and comfy, and the AC units worked well. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Roman getaway

We stayed for a week for a birthday celebration in Rome. The neighborhood is fun and relaxed; great restaurants and cafes. Easy cab ride to all of the famous destinations in Rome and when we returned at night, it was wonderful to be in a peaceful neighborhood on the top floor of the buidling. The flat was a perfect size and really comfortable. This property gets my highest possible rating.

Perfekte Unterkunft fĂŒr Rom

Perfekt ausgestattete, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit KĂŒche, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und einem kleineren Zimmer mit Couch sowie mit einer ĂŒberwĂ€ltigenden Dachterrasse. Ruhig gelegen, nur 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle und 7 Minuten zu Tram und Zug. Der ideale Ort fĂŒr einen Romaufenthalt, an dem man sich von den Touristenmassen erholen kann. Kommt man mit dem Auto, findet sich in der Regel in nĂ€chster NĂ€he ein Parkplatz am Straßenrand. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefĂŒhlt. Jederzeit wieder.

ROM_Immer wieder eine Reise wert

Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin der Wohnung war super. Sie hat gute Tipps gegeben. Wohnung sehr sauber, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Terrasse ein Traum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Bus - Endstation der Linie 75, die als Endstation Statione Termini hat und z. B. Das Colosseum als Haltepunkt hat. Optimal. Komme wieder gerne.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Das Apartment war nicht nur ruhig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Viele Details schienen durchdacht und trugen zu einer angenehmen AtmosphĂ€re bei. GerÀumige Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse

Keinerlei Probleme, Laura hat uns quasi live zum richtigen Bus gecoacht, die Wohnung ist groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden (außer vielleicht ein großes Messer und Schneidebrett). Die Terrasse und der Blick sind einzigartig.

Geweldig! En niet alleen het uitzicht.

Waar zal ik beginnen? We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement. Wij zaten er ruim 2 weken, maar het is ook een absolute aanrader als je een paar dagen gaat. Het huis is ruim en licht en voelt niet als een vakantiehuis maar als een huis huis. Ingericht met smaak en kwaliteit, goed bed, goede douche, goed uitgeruste keuken en
 het enorme terras met het geweldige uitzicht. Monteverde is een rustige beetje sjiekige buurt met veel groen. Het enige dat echt lawaai maakt zijn de halsbandparkieten in de tuin van de nonnen. Een goed gesorteerde supermarkt en restaurants binnen een paar honderd meter (wel even een trap op). Je wandelt zo naar de uitgaanswijk Trastevere, de brug over naar Testaccio (naar de markt en Mattatoio) of naar het Pamphili park. Ook goed bereikbaar met ov. Treinstations Trastevere (naar het vliegveld) en Quattro Venti (richting Viterbo) op zo’n 10 minuten lopen. Tram 3 en 8 stoppen onderaan de heuvel, bus 75 (trap op) brengt je via een aantal toeristische highlights naar Termini. Oh en had ik al gezegd dat er een enorm terras is met uitzicht? Enige minpuntje is dat de WiFi soms een beetje wiebelig is, maar meestal werkt het prima. De communicatie met Anna Laura verliep super, ze reageert snel en duidelijk. Op verzoek kan ze ook vervoer van en naar het vliegveld regelen. Samengevat: geweldige plek en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Super Apartment mit toller Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Ich kann nichts bemĂ€ngeln, es war alles sehr schön. Die Aussicht ist Top, Supermarkt und Busstation um die Ecke. Die Gegend ist ruhig, also weder morgens noch abends lĂ€rm. Ich wĂŒrde definitiv wiederkommen, wenn ich nochmal in Rom bin.

Relaxing roof terrace

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. It is well equipped, has everything you need and even more, e.g. table football on the roof terrace ;-) The terrace is wonderful after a long sightseeing day in Rome... For us it worked best to walk to Metro station Piramide and start from there, but there are also buses leaving somewhat closer. Parking was no issue, the supermarket with some good food just 5 min in walking distance. Would really recommend this location!!
