Les appartements Tropic Shores sont un complexe calme et luxuriant de 16 logements et l'une des plus belles propriétés de Carpinteria. Votre appartement de luxe est situé à quelques pas de l'une des plus belles plages de Californie. Montez sur le sable et tournez à droite, et vous entrerez dans une plage calme et peu fréquentée, où vous pourrez faire des promenades romantiques ou des descentes rapides sur le sable.

Perfect location for a beach vacation. Well stocked with basic supplies, comfortable beds, clean and all the pots/pans/utensils we needed to cook meals. Brand new shared grills and washers and dryers! Highly recommend staying here in Carpinteria!

Beautiful place in a gorgeous setting

We really enjoyed this property. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms were really nicely designed. The beds were really comfortable as well. This is our new favorite place to stay in Carpinteria, and it’s just steps from the beach!

Awesome Stay

Location was great. The beach was just down the block and the little downtown was walkable. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and as described. Communication with Elena was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect romantic get away

This property was a treat. Well provisioned and quality linens, plates and silverware made this stand out from most vacation rentals. This was perfect for a new couples romantic getaway.

Fantastic value close to the beach

Very clean, cute condo just steps from the beach and the salt marsh preserve. We love how quiet it is a few blocks from the main street, yet easy walking to all Carp has to offer. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Seaside retreat

Property is clean, well managed and convenient to beach, shopping and eateries. Also easy access to Ojai and surrounding trails for hiking. Looking forward to visit in the future to explore more of Carpenteria and surrounding areas. Manager Elena is a gracious hostess and responsive to questions and requests.

Retreat for a retreat

Cute place with fun decor. This was a great little home-away-from-home for two friends attending a retreat in the area. A short walk to the beach. All the basics needed for comfort. Loved the lemon verbena soap and lotion and the tar removal packets. Would stay again in the future.

Quaint Get Away

My friends and I just loved the town of Carpenteria and the Tropic Shores condo was the best place to enjoy all the town had to offer. We walked 3 blocks into town and 1 block to the beach. What a treasure. We all plan to return.

Carpinteria Gem !

This is a beautiful Apartment complex , lovingly restored to very high care and quality less than 100 yards from the beach. You could not do better than to enjoy this wonderful apartment(s) that are run with real care and attention by Mike and Elena, really wonderful people.
