Charmant chalet au centre-ville. Cette maison avec deux chambres et une salle de bain a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour relaxant. Comprenant une grande cour arriÚre avec stationnement et deux aires de repos, une dans la cour arriÚre et une dans la cour avant. Un grill et une cuisine bien équipée sont également à votre disposition. La maison dispose également d'un coin lecture dans le salon.

We really enjoyed staying at this house for our week in Santa Barbara. Easy check-in, great open space, and spacious backyard. It was a short walk to State street and very close to a cute 'pocket' park.

Great convenient house in SB

We loved the location for getting anywhere in SB. Cute neighborhood and freeway noise was not an issue. Missed having a second bathroom but it all worked out fine. Thank you!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

Other than the fact that the only bathroom is through one of the bedrooms, the place is perfect. They're is no AC, but open windows and fans make up for it. Coffee on the front porch every morning beside an incredibly fragrant rosemary hedge started every day perfectly. In general, the place was lovely.

Overall, a Lovely Stay

Comfortable place for us as a couple. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Very responsive hosts. Bring your own spices, cooking oil, but plenty of "hardware." Bring your own bath soap, shampoo, tissues.

Cute home close to downtown!

Cute little home walking proximity to restaurants and bars. Host was great and the home was clean and welcoming. Only downside is having the only bathroom in one of the bedrooms. Would stay again!

Sufficient for basic needs

We just needed a place to sleep for two nights while our teenager had a sports activity in town. Negatives: If you are a light sleeper you can hear the freeway, which is close by, but it’s not overwhelmingly loud. The house says it’s “fully stocked” but there’s no coffee or laundry soap, so I would describe it as stocked with basics - like sets of plates, glasses, coffee maker and washing machine (no soap.) Positives: The house is in a great location. The Host was very responsive. Suggestion: It would be great if the house had bikes. Parking in the busy area of SB is difficult. We parked and picked up the Bcycle rentals to get around. It would have been better to have bikes at the house.

Great weekend in Santa Barbara

The house was perfect for our family of 3. Cute bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on State street. Spacious, well-stocked kitchen. Washer & Dryer. The inside of the house was very clean, though the grounds could use a little sweep for cobwebs, etc. We would definitely stay again!

Santa Barbara

This was the second “Craftsman” type property we rented on our trip. Very clean
had all the necessary amenities as listed. Easy neighborhood to navigate to via auto or walking. Can walk to the major areas in town as well as to the beach
although the beach walk is a long one. Odd layout of house, but workable. Not a lot of fancy touches
.If you wish a fancy place with lots of fancy amenities
this is not for you
but if you just need something clean and quiet it will work.

Very nice experience

PROS -very good location and close to downtown -super clean -lots of hot running water -reasonably priced -comfy bed and linens -lots of soft shower towels -well stocked kitchen -very nice front porch for early morning coffee -nice backyard but did not use -roomy and open floor plan -nice neighborhood- clean and safe CONS -only bathroom was in kids' room and pretty small -no air conditioning and house got pretty HOT - needed more fans in all the rooms -it would be nice to provide coffee and creamer -ran out of toilet paper and could not find extra. Ran to the store. -noisy neighbors across the street with their trucks and stacking party equipment- Friday and Saturday awaken at 3 am with noise and loud talking. Even with ear plugs I was awaken. All in all it was a nice experience and I'd recommend this cozy home!
