Cette maison est située dans un bloc de l'océan, sur le côté de la plage de la route 1 dans l'adorable île de Fenwick, DE. La maison a été construite en 2014 avec des finitions haut de gamme et une construction de qualité. Dune accès à la plage est à seulement quelques centaines de mètres. L'arrière de la maison a un garage 1. 5 voitures, placard de rangement extérieur, douche extérieure et une allée pavée. Vous pouvez garer confortablement 5-6 voitures entre le garage, l'allée et la clôture derrière la maison. La communauté de Fenwick Shores 6 est clôturée pour votre vie privée, mais est parmi tant d'endroits amusants en famille de Fenwick. La maison est située en face de la Fenwick Boardwalk, mini-golf, cinéma, parc aquatique, monde du jeu et laser tag. Il est à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants, casse-croûte et magasins, y compris le pop-corn de Fisher et Frost Custard de Kohr Brother, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. L'amusement en famille est littéralement par votre porte arrière.

Cette belle maison a 3 étages, 3 vérandas couvertes, une terrasse arrière et le pont le plus étonnant sur le toit - parfait pour l'air frais à gogo après une longue journée de plage !! Family Fun in Fenwick

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of nine adults. The location was excellent with close proximity to the beach, mini golf, and ice cream! The rooftop deck was a perfect place to relax with evening cocktails. Kirsten was so responsive to my correspondence. From beginning to end, a fabulous vacation!

This beautiful home was exactly as described & actually, better! The living space was comfortable & roomy for the 5 adults & 2 young ones in my group. The kitchen had everything you would ever need for any type of cooking with a gas grill conveniently located off the kitchen. The balconies in both the front & back of the house provided lots of relaxation & entertainment for both the adults & little ones. Access to the beach was great since it was a short walk with our wagon of beach supplies & cabana to set up. Kirsten was so easy to communicate with! She responded to any question I had quickly. We had the most perfect beach weather & ocean water temperature, spending the entire day at the beach during our stay. We were so fortunate to have found this house & to work with such an easy- going, helpful host!

Perfect place to spend the week at the beach!

Beautiful home with all that we needed to make the week at the beach easy and enjoyable. The living space was comfortable and spacious, the beds were comfy, great showers, and the kitchen had all we needed. Being there with 3 little ones, being able to run back between the house and the beach was essential. Having a key code instead of a key was a bonus given we were a group of 9. Also, the multiple balconies/porches were awesome for a cup of coffee or to read a book. We loved walking to everything - the farmer's market right over the line in Ocean City, mini golf, Dunkin' Donuts, restaurants and of course ice cream. The owners were fabulous to work with - very responsive when we had a few questions before going and then while there. We definitely will head back to this house next time we plan a beach trip to Fenwick Island.

Exceptional property

This home is beautiful and the layout was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The bedrooms were perfect and the child’s room had large bunk beds. Also a crib was provided. The beach is very clean and beautiful. There are many shops and restaurants in walking distance. We had an amazing stay.

Lovely beach property

This home was perfect in all respects for our group of 5 adults and 7 kids ranging from 8-17. The home is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The beach is just a short walk away with no road to cross for the kids. All things considered, an excellent experience 😎
