The house was beyond perfect! It was recently renovated with all upgraded appliances and TV’s. Each bedroom was spacious. We loved the kids hide away. We will definitely rent again.

Beautiful Bayside Property!

What a fantastic property! Beautifully decorated like out of a magazine plus all the comforts of home. From the moment we booked right up until check out, Alan the owner was super responsive, quick to fix a few minor things like a loose door handle, and made sure everything went seamlessly. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, we appreciated sheets and bath towels were provided even a black makeup wash cloth was such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is a dream, it has all the utensils, cookware and conveniences. They even provided keurig coffee pods. Our group had 6 adults, a 3month old, 3 year old and 4 kids ages 7-12. They had so much fun playing foosball, shuffleboard and the yard size connect 4. The kids hideaway was a huge hit for all ages! We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t get to explore all the community had to offer but the health center and gym were great, we loved going for walks in the morning and the sunridge outdoor pools were the perfect hangout for swimming and lunch. A 10/10 stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had the most amazing stay at this home and would give it more than 5 stars if we could! The house was beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed (beach chairs, bikes, coffee, and more). It’s in a fantastic location, walkable or bikeable to all of the resort amenities.The highlight of the house was without a doubt the kids’ hideaway. We had children ranging from 16 months to 10 years, and they all loved spending time there. It kept them entertained and gave the adults a chance to relax
total game changer. We brought two baby gates for the stairs and that worked perfectly for our younger ones.The host was incredible, super responsive and kind. I messaged him over a dozen times before our trip with questions, and he always replied within minutes and never made me feel like a bother. We also needed to change our travel dates, and he was so helpful and accommodating and made the whole process seamless.We’re already talking about booking again next year. Highly, highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the screened in back porch was lovely. The house had games, shuffleboard, and bikes and we used all of them. We paid to get access to the amenities, and it was worth it. The pools and tennis courts were very nice and not overly crowded. We also did canoeing and standup paddleboarding which was very fun.

The house is beautiful and well stocked to begin your stay. Alan’s communication was clear and only as needed. The only down side was that the beach trolley only ran on the weekends and we were there mid week.

Bayside Beach House

I have rented homes for the last 15 years in Martha's Vineyard, and I think I can say, this rental experience has to be the best experience I've ever had. When you walk into the home, you would think you were walking into the model home of a new construction development. Never lived in, perfectly designed and staged, with high end finishes throughout the entire home, and immaculately clean. This home is stored with any and everything that a family would need for a weekly stay. Including games and bikes. I believe I reached out to the host maybe 6 or more times, and I honestly don't think it ever took him more than 5 minutes to respond. He obviously takes great pride in being a host, and my family cannot wait to return.
