Mold on vents. HVAC air filter had so much dust and not even the correct size. Murphy bed was so noisy. Couch was so noisy. Chair was filthy. We left 2 1/2 days early. Will not stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, loved the convenience of easy access to everything near. It was a studio style so the bed hides away but was surprisingly very comfortable. The air worked great and there were no issues with any appliances. The vents, ceiling fan were in/near the kitchen area and were very dirty so that was off putting and so easily avoidable.

Location! Price! Both amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. However, I have to be honest for future renters as reviews are what we go by to book sight unseen. This unit is in desperate need of some TLC! Hard surfaces were clean. But the walls, doors, vents and baseboards need some love! It looks like the decor, furniture included hasn’t been updated in a very long time. That being said, It didn’t ruin our stay. Check in was great! Pool area was nice and peaceful.

The location was excellent, with public beach access directly across the street and numerous restaurants within walking distance. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with prior to our stay. That said, the unit could benefit from some updates and repairs. The comforter and mattress pads had noticeable stains, which was disappointing. The living room lamp was not functioning, and several window shades were broken, allowing sunlight to come through as early as 5:45 a.m.Overall, we enjoyed the convenience of the location and appreciated the host’s responsiveness. However, improvements to the furnishings, maintenance, and especially the bed linens would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Very nice

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the location is spectacular. It was our second time staying at the Hidden Beach Villas and we would recommend to anyone and certainly stay there again.

amazing location and good direct beach access! Pretty clean overall (baseboards and closet were pretty dusty and gross but clean surfaces in bathroom kitchen and main living area). The bed was very uncomfortable and the blinds were broke so the sun woke us up each morning! But overall great place for the price and had everything we needed to stay! Directions and check in were very easy and clear to follow!

Beach Trip b

Fantastic stay for my small (2adult,2kids) family. Easy access to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen. The gulf water was exceptionally clear and the waves great for body surfing. The area is not commercialized, but still had numerous opportunities for good food. Overall, an excellent experience.

beach vacation

Great place to stay for a beach vacation! Excellent night's sleep in the pull-away bed. 2 minute walk to the beach....yoga studio next door, tennis in Watercolor, Seaside, and Rosemary. Delicious seafood at Goatfeathers just down the street then cook it in the well-equipped kitchen. Rent bikes at the shop next to Goatfeathers and ride to Seaside and Rosemary. Calm, beautiful ocean with flags to indicate water conditions... perfect swimming weather all week. We loved the pool and all guests and attendents were friendly and courteous. A+ rating!

Great location

I have stayed in Hidden Beach Villas several times. We enjoy the location and proximity to the beach. The pool is nice and the beach walk is great. A couple things we noticed: 1) there were no hot pads to get things out of the oven 2) there were limited utensils/pans for cooking. This may not affect everyone. We do cook in most nights, and only go out to eat occasionally. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay, and we would highly recommend this condo to others and would stay again. It is a great value for our favorite beach town!
