Waikiki delight

We had a early check in.. The management was right there to answer any questions. The place was clean. advertised with beach towels, chairs, pool. It was an easy walk to the beach.

Dream vacation for family!

We came with two grown up kids. Four of us had the great time for a week here. The kitchen facility with the view left us unforgettable memories. The property team was very responsive throughout our stay. I would definitely come back and also recommend to others.

The location was awesome. 3 easy blocks to walk to kuhio beach. Safe neighborhood, yummy food trucks nearby, food mart in hotel. Nothing fancy but just what we needed and great for the price in Waikiki.

a get away from the snow

We landed at 10pm. Contact with Bryon was really helpful. Woke up in the morning to views Diamond Head and good portions of the Waikiki beach. Easy walking everywhere, especially to the beach and good restaurants. Condo was well equiped and easy living. Will definitely consider this as well as other properties under this management.

Fantastic Apartment

We had a really enjoyable stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Nice views of the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, microwave etc. All in working order. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom/shower was also excellent. Nice pool area and pool towels available in apartment as well as beach chairs. Very accessible to beach, restaurants and shopping area. Property Manager was easy to reach and responsive to any issues we encountered during our stay. Would highly recommend this apartment. Mahalo.

Perfect for our small family of three. Came to Waikiki to watch our nephew play football for U of Hawaii and grab a few waves in the process. Not a fancy hotel but comfortable condo apartment and very well priced with an ocean view of a legitimate surf break. Easy three block walk to a terrific sandy beach. Free and always available parking was crucial. My teenager bodyboarded at the jetty known as the Wall, my wife swam at the sandy Kuhio beach and I surfed the reef called Publics to the left. Beware of exposed coral at low tides at the surf break. If you're not an experienced surfer, better to walk a little further west to surf at Canoes. The condo building is on the less developed outskirts of town and the roosters start crowing before sunrise. But it beats the mania of tourist central. Friendly staff working the building and some low key residents who live there full time. The hallway carpet and paint could use some updating but our room was fine. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The towels were new and most of the kitchen utensils were new as well. The property manager was very responsive and I appreciated him walking me through the check-in process. Attaching two photos from the balcony. I wish the building to the south was not there but the gap between buildings was the exact look I needed for an assessment of the day's swell. The pool, workout room and BBQ patio area are definitely a plus. Very happy this unit was available!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is to die for!! Older building and dated unit but great location and totally enjoyed our stay. Needs new plumbing fixtures bad. Couldn't distinguish between hot and cold or turn off completely sometimes. Cheap fix for owners and would really be smart. Bed very comfortable and worked well as a king. Management very quick and great to work with. Pool small and cold for us Older people. Kids would be fine. Gym small but nice and newer equipment. Parking worked well even with the construction. Central air worked well but needs to be adjusted so more comes out in living area and less in bedroom. Must close blinds in afternoon or doesn't keep up with sun coming in. But open up for sunset and drinks and great for breakfast on the balcony. Will definitely stay again in the future.
