Cette accueillante villa rénovée de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec une chambre avec lits superposés supplémentaires est un trésor dans la région du bord du lac de Seascape Resort. Il est situé en face du golfe du Mexique et du Whale's Tail Bar and Grill, à seulement 650 pieds de l'accÚs à la plage! AprÚs une longue journée sur la plage, détendez-vous et détendez-vous sur votre terrasse privée avec vos amis et votre famille donnant directement sur la piscine.

Cette magnifique villa se trouve à quelques pas de la plage et une promenade encore plus proche de la piscine! Doté d'une cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, entourée de comptoirs en granit, la cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le rez-de-chaussée a également une grande chambre d'hÎtes avec une salle de bain complÚte, une laveuse et une sécheuse et un salon ouvert qui mÚne au patio.

Le maßtre est situé à l'étage avec une suite parentale King size et une grande salle de bain complÚte. La chambre principale a de beaux plafonds hauts avec une lucarne, laissant entrer la lumiÚre naturelle à tout l'étage. Cette maison dispose également de lits superposés juste à cÎté du maßtre, ce qui est parfait pour les enfants!

Seascape Beach Resort possÚde un parcours de golf de championnat, cinq piscines, des barbecues communautaires, la location de vélos et un restaurant sur place (Cabana Cafe), pour votre plaisir et votre plaisir.

Plenty of room

This listing has plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and so are the towels. We’ve stayed at Seascape a few times now and this location is perfect for the pool, the beach and the local eateries. We’d definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness

Due to COVID-19 we brought cleaners with us to sanitize all hard surfaces that others would have touched. I was very disappointed in how much dirt showed up on the paper towels and wipes. We left the home cleaner than we found it! That being said the villa is beautiful and mostly everything feels newish. There was a damaged chair in one of the bedrooms that was functional, but not very nice looking. The washing machine smelled very bad. No pantry and most of the kitchen cabinets are filled so not a lot of storage available.

Not the cleanest

There was mold on all the vents and there were clumps of hair in the shower. Most rentals have at least some cleaning supplies to get you started, however there was nothing. There were cob webs all over the ceiling and mold on the patio as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, if you have littles and plan on using the pools there is only one kid friendly pool out of the 5 you have access to. You have no idea which burner you are turning on on the stove, all the letters are gone so it is a guessing game. We had an amazing stay and the unit was very well stocked.

Outside of the location there is no other reason to stay at this property. My husband and I were greeted with a roach on day one in the kitchen. Two more roaches following in laundry room. This rental is poorly maintained and not clean. It seemed very run down. Lightbulbs out and or missing, water filter needed to be changed, missing dispenser for liquid detergent in laundry room, ants all over deck area, towel rack upstairs in bathroom falling off wall. The list goes on. It was also very frustrating that we were never given a code to enter from Scenic Gulf drive. The property is located at the front towards Scenic Gulf Drive so when you come off the beach you have to all the way around to highway 98 to get back in. There was also shattered glass all around the property and around the pool. Wondering if the owner has stayed here lately since the upkeep is so poor. Overall, would not recommend for anyone to stay here.

Great place by the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a short walk to the beach and was clean. There are plenty of stores/restaurants with in walking distance and a gas station nearby. The owner was very responsive even when we arrived and couldn’t find things in the house. The only thing that we noticed was the back sliding door does not lock but is an easy fix to feel safe. There are no beach towels/equipment but we were able to easily rent chairs on the beach and knew to bring our beach towels. We would recommend this home!

Wonderful Escape!

Shared a lovely week in this very nice condo. Excellent location, close to the beach, shopping, & our favorite restaurants. (Would recommend letting people know that there is construction going on, as the mess & noise from this may bother some folks.) Also, would suggest having more blankets available for both lounging on the comfy couch & the bedrooms. Overall, a delightful visit!

The property was very cute and updated. I really love the kitchen, it was updated and was easy to use. The space was kind of small for the 7 people that we went with. The property was clean and close to the beach and pool. We got an email with all the information we needed like the code to get in, wifi and instructions to checking and what to do when we leave. Overall it was a great family vacation.

Perfect for families

Very clean condo & great location. Loved the porch by the pool. Lots of room for 4 adults and 4 kids! Spacious closets and bathrooms. Nice renovations. Would have lined to have had a gate code, but we did just fine. Thank you!

nice place but under maintenance

My family and I stay in this area every year. This was our first time staying in one the villas. The villa was very clean and decorated nice. The room with the bunk beds is deceiving. I think it was converted from a closet. The temperature was not well regulated there and those beds were painful to sleep in. Kids didn't make it through the night in there. The biggest damper on our trip was the fact that they were applying roofing the entire time we were there. Early each morning we were waken up to the sounds of knocking,and foot steps on the roof. We did not get to enjoy our balcony because roofing, nails, and wood chips were flying. My husband got hit with something flying as he and my son went out the very first morning not knowing what they were walking into. I contacted the property manager and I was assured someone would be coming with a magnet to get all the nails and clean the mess. When I told her my husband got hit, there was no concern about that. The roofers took a leaf blower to blow debris and nails EVERYWHERE. No one from the property management ever came by. They would only agree to give me back less than 1/4 of what I paid. They just told me they didn't know this would happen. I feel like its their duty to know when you have people paying good money and driving hundreds of miles. I should have been given a choice.
