Welcome to Ciboney 1007! This spacious 3BR/2BA first floor condo is located only a few hundred feet from the sugar white sands of Miramar Beach! The lovely nautical themed decorations will instantly put you in a beachy frame of mind. With a king in the Master, two full beds in the guest bedroom and twin bunk room, this lovely condo sleeps 8! Relax by the pool or walk to the beaches of Miramar Beach with miles of shoreline as your playground. Pompano Joe's beachside restaurant is just across the street for lunch and dinner. The Silver Sands outlet mall is just a few miles away for an abundance of great shopping; it is the nation's largest designer outlet. You will never forget your stay at Ciboney 1007!

Ciboney Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Its amenities include gated beach access, a seasonally heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, outside rinsing facility, and grilling area. You'll be a block from world-famous Pompano Joe's, where you can get the freshest fish and a tropical drink right on the beach. Jet ski, parasailing, and paddle board rentals are located on the beach there as well.

Ciboney is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We loved the bottom floor room, and the location, however, the photos do not show the walkway to the beach being stairs, so when we had our wagon we had to have two people carry it down the steep stairs, since there wasn’t a ramp, but overall it was good!

Great place to stay. Only problem I had was the ice make in the refrigerator did not work. When I called the managing company, Real Joy, about it their response was, "Do you see the ice trays in the freezer? Use them..." Not very professional at all.

Perfect location and great with 4 teens

We stayed for a week with our 2 teenage sons and they each had a friend. The set-up with the bunkbeds in the small room worked great for us. The location to the beach was excellent - close enough to walk back for the bathroom or a snack. The porch open to the courtyard area made it feel like we had a huge yard. We wished we had brought more yard games to use there. Overall, really great stay. Communication from the company was great too. Thanks!

property upgrades needed

Good location. Well equipped after property managers provided some new kitchen equipment. The floors need a good scrubbing. We had to mop them when we arrived. But they need more than that. The king bed mattress is totally worn out and needs replaced. The full bed mattresses weren't much better. The vertical blinds need to be replaced. The horizontal blinds in the 2 smaller bedrooms are not adequate to keep out the light from the walkway security lights that are on all night. Need to add blackout curtains to those windows.The main bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. The handles spin 360 degrees. So you have to guess the exact off position. The kitchen sink faucet is worn out and the hot/cold position is reversed from normal. The couch and loveseat also need to be upgraded. This unit has potential. But it is not very comfortable now. A thorough cleaning and a few upgrades will do wonders for the place.

Great location

The property location was convenient to the beach. The pictures were accurate however the bunkbed room was the size of a walk-in closet and the pool looked much larger in the photos. There's a convenience store next stoor and a coffee shop and gift store down the street

Outdated, but good location

The location is great! It's a short walk from the beach and having pool access is nice. At first glance the condo is nice enough, but once we settled in it was quite obvious that it needed some updating and a better cleaning. The paint was faded and chipping throughout, the drains were clogged and slow to drain, there were crumbs and trash on the couches and by the beds, the faucets leak throughout, the ice machine gets clogged and then leaks on the ground, the blinds were missing panels and others would fall off when you opened or closed them, the couches were old and falling apart (not to mention uncomfortable) and there were little spots of blood on one of the comforters. When gathering our things to leave we had about 20 minutes before checkout when a lady from the managing company opened the door to the condo without knocking and assumed we had already left. She said that she thought we were the cleaning company, and when we mentioned that we thought we still had time she replied yes you do and left. We made the most of it and still had a good time, but I would recommend a thorough cleaning and updating!

So close to all the good stuff.

Great lil place to stay. Cozy. Only thing was its in a large condo but first floor. The company was redoing the rails so it looked like a construction site outsode other than that it was super clean and cute. We were able to walk to everything we needed including the beach and pompano joes. Coffee shops in the am right beside the building. We had lots of fun!

Perfect Location; Comfortable beds

Location is #1, literally steps from private beach. Construction was a non-issue for us. MBR is big w/ King bed. Place was awesome. Very comfortable. Dealing with management company is so-so. Place had 3 chairs & umbrella in it but Realjoy wouldn't ask owner what was there so we had to bring our own. Realjoy is a useless middleman that just adds extra fees you have to pay. Would rather rent directly from owner. That said, the location was so perfect it made up for dealing with them. Beware they charge a scam damage waiver where the annualized fee is 5 times more than the max benefit. No logical person would purchase such overpriced insurance but they make it mandatory. They also send many unnecessary emails and texts including waking me up after midnight the week before the vacation with needless reminder. They give their local realtor your email to solicit you.
