Avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, nous offrons Ă©galement l'utilisation de voiturettes de golf. Cette unitïżœïżœ est situĂ©e Ă  Tivoli au bord de la plage du complexe et Ă  environ 5 minutes Ă  pied de la plage ou de la piscine.
- Profitez de la vue sur le 15Úme fairway du parcours de golf Baytowne depuis le patio privé protégé. Repeint peint à l'intérieur et plafonds lisses. L'aménagement spacieux de ce condo comprend de grandes tuiles de céramique dans les piÚces à vivre et des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine. Il dispose également d'un lit king size dans la chambre principale, de lits jumeaux dans la chambre, d'un canapé-lit queen size et de lits superposés personnalisés pour un total de 8 personnes. We loved staying there. There was enough room for all of us to spread out. Had everything we needed. We also love that we could take the golf cart to the beach and the pools. Thanks for letting us stay there.

Sandestin is an Awesome place!

Our choice in this property at Tivoli was perfect! It was very close to the beach enough to enjoy the Golf Cart ride! We absolutely loved the use of the large Golf Cart it made our stay very enjoyable to move around when we were ready to go!

Everything was great! Condo was clean, comfortable, nice and roomy, equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay. Loved the Sojo toiletry and kitchen kits! Strong WiFi and Roku TV for the streaming services. Had some trouble with the AC one evening, but maintenance came out bright and early the next day to fix it - definitely appreciated the promptness of dealing with the issue. Loved the close proximity to the pool, and the 6 seater golf cart! Would book this place again for sure!

An Amazing Vacation!

To say this place was amazing is an understatement! We were ready to book next year as we packed the car to end this one! Tivoli Villa was the perfect location and was absolutely beautiful! From the time we arrived, until the day we left, everything was just so nice and accommodating. The area was so beautiful and just fun to explore on the golf cart. We packed up every day and headed to the crystal blue green waters and spent the majority of the five days that we were there at the beach! Evenings were spent at the Wharf for the kiddos, dining and ice cream! An amazing place for an amazing vacation! Many thanks to Neal for his assistance and kindness during our booking. ~~~Sarah & Family

Clean and in a good location

Unfortunately, this was not the property we initially booked. We were very excited to be able to stay in a more plush property, but literally one week out the other property pulled out and the property managers said that this was our only option - so this wasn't the initial property we had even selected. There was NOTHING in the property - I had to buy additional toilet paper, soap, coffee filters and laundry pods to do the towels - it was a blank canvas. It was acceptable, but I wouldn't rent it again.

Very nice

Upon arrival, our small dog found about 10 pieces of trash throughout the rental including two used bandaids. I noticed that other pets had urinated numerous times on the curtains which our dog started to do as well but we kept him away from them. I was able to clean what needed to be, so not a big issue. The owner, Ms. Bette was so nice and was able to run me the mailbox key for a delivery. Wonderfully sweet lady and overall we love the rental! So close to the beach and even the pool! We enjoyed the cart pretty much everyday! Would definitely stay here again!

Good, but could use improvements

Check in was great. Location and golf cart were perfect. Couple of things that were inconvenient :The guest room tv did not have streaming capabilities for two days (it was a fire stick that only the owner could access), we notified management the first day. There were issues with the ac during the duration of our stay and access to repair men was given several times (including times we were trying to sleep). We understand things happen though. The air filter was completely wet indicating an existing issue (these things should be checked in between the arrival of new guests). We were charged several hundred dollars in cleaning/servicing fees so all of these things should be checked. The only other suggestion is that when you have a number of guests staying more than a few days, more than one bath towel per guest should be provided. Overall we were happy with the property location and our trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit had it all. Very comfortable beds, large master bath, kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the sunny kitchen eating area. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. Golf cart was great, a six seater and appeared to be brand new. There were interior steps from the front door to the main level and several steps from the parking lot to the front door. The steps did not present any difficulties for us, but just mentioning for anyone who has a mobility issue. We loved the area, 10 minute walk to the beach and the Hilton which was very handy and the rest of the resort was easy to access. The area was quiet and friendly and very walkable. I would highly recommend this unit . Special thanks to Neal of beach blue properties, for going above and beyond to ensure we had a great rental experience .

We had never visited the bay side of Sandestin prior to this trip but loved the golf cart rides for coffee, ice cream, and dinner. Management company was professional and kept us informed. Would recommend to family and friends

We had plenty of room for our family of 4. The property manager, Neal, was very attentive. While staying the golf cart had some battery issues. Neal refunded us a portion of our fee due to this. The golf cart came in handy for a ride to the beach, to eat/shop at Baytown or even get groceries at Publix. We would stay here again but only if we had a golf cart. It made our stay so much easier.
