Les anciennes critiques ne sont pas transfĂ©rĂ©es avec propriĂ©tĂ© :( La suite Sandpiper est l’une des trois unitĂ©s de la propriĂ©tĂ©, en fonction de la taille de votre groupe et de la disponibilitĂ©, il est possible de rĂ©server 1, 2 ou 3 unitĂ©s. (tortue de mer 2: 1814158 et Sea Owl 3: 1814356). Si vous rĂ©servez tous les trois, vous pourriez avoir la propriĂ©tĂ© entiĂšre pour vous avec confort pour au moins 12 personnes.
Cette belle suite calme en bord de mer avec 2 chambres, 1 salle de bains dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites en famille ou une escapade chaleureuse en hiver. À seulement quelques pas du sable chaud, de l'ocĂ©an et des tortues marines, cette suite fait partie d'un complexe de 3 suites comprenant un jardin et une terrasse avec votre propre plage privĂ©e. "Serenity Beach" est situĂ© sur un demi-acre dans un endroit trĂšs calme et isolĂ© de Melbourne Beach. (Nous avons un lit d'appoint pouvant accueillir 2 personnes au besoin si vous en avez 6 dans votre groupe)
             Commencez votre journĂ©e avec un bon petit-dĂ©jeuner dans la cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec le magnifique lever de soleil de l'ocĂ©an Atlantique et passez la journĂ©e Ă  vous dĂ©tendre au bord de la mer ou Ă  surfer. Sirotez votre cafĂ© ou votre boisson prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e en vous dĂ©tendant au son des vagues de l'ocĂ©an et des pĂ©licans survolant la tĂȘte.
"Serenity Beach" situĂ© au cƓur du refuge national de la vie sauvage Archie Carr. Chaque annĂ©e, ces plages servent de nid Ă  des milliers de tortues caouannes, vertes et de tortues luth. C'est l'un des rares endroits au monde oĂč les trois espĂšces pondent leurs Ɠufs. Il y a plus de 140 espĂšces d'oiseaux, le refuge est une halte pour de nombreux oiseaux migrateurs.
Cet endroit est magnifique avec la nature environnante et pourtant vous ĂȘtes Ă  moins de 2 heures de tous les parcs Ă  thĂšme d'Orlando, Ă  75 km du Kennedy Space Center et Ă  30 km du centre de croisiĂšre Ă  Port Canaveral. Le supermarchĂ© Publix est Ă  3 km et vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants, bars, boutiques, magasins de surf, location de bateaux, parcs d’État, golf, tennis et magasins de vĂ©lo Ă  15 minutes en voiture.

Serenity Beach was exactly that and perfect for our long weekend getaway!! So close to the ocean that you can hear the waves crashing from the living room and bedroom. Quiet residential neighborhood with only a few people on the beach. Plenty of amenities and well stocked kitchen, bathroom & laundry area complete with anything you may have forgotten to pack. Excellent communication by Dean who was very responsive to any questions we had, he was also helpful with restaurant recommendations. Must stay for anyone visiting Melbourne Beach or the nearby Space Coast.

Everything about this place was spectacular. The beach was steps away, the host was kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. The rooms were clean and stocked with essentials. This absolutely made our family vacation one for the books! We even got to experience seeing the baby sea turtles!!! We hated to leave, but hope to come back soon!

Great place to unwind & watch sea turtles nesting!

Unit was very clean & stocked with many things not at other VRBO’s which makes a get away all that much easier. Felt very comfortable & relaxed immediately. You basically have a beach front property and share the beach with 2 other units in a nature preserve! Saw 4 turtles and 2 decided to nest where we could view from the deck. Other unit renters were very nice & helped us 2 senior women put up the umbrella each day. No maintenance issues. Loved the full size washer & dryer. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend!

awesome stay with views of sea turtles

WE were here a few years ago in the winter and heard that in the beginning of June the sea turtles would be laying their eggs on the beach....we were not disappointed!!! each morning when walking on the beech we could see trails from the sea turtles coming on the beach and large mounds near the dunes where they laid their eggs...one evening we were lucky enough to see a loggerhead sea turtle coming ashore!!!everything was really nice at the house, very clean and we had everything we needed.I'm sure we will be back again!

The property was very cozy and had a great location and views! A few minor items could enhance the stay for guests, but overall, it was a great experience. We would stay here again. The hosts were very responsive.

Fantastic place

The property was lovely just as depicted by the photographs. The kitchen had everything we needed including some basic pantry staples, which is always helpful. The property owner was quick to help when we became locked out and we resolved the situation quickly. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Serenity Cottage at the Beach in Melbourne Fl

Such a serene and bright dwelling only steps from the beach. My husband who is handicapped, enjoyed this stay as well, especially outside under the gazebo since he cannot get down to the beach. We brought portable grab bars for the toilet, and he had his own walker on wheels. The place was so well Equipped with everything we needed except our own clothing and food. Being able to park right outside the cottage was so helpful as we are both over 70. Our daughter came along to help us and enjoy as well. The view from the cottage from dawn until night was spectacular. We plan on returning!

Great place! Perfect for a quiet beach getaway.

We have stayed at this property several times and always love it. The place is extremely clean, neat and tidy, especially for a beach condo where it would be easy to let things get dirty, sandy or run down. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are well supplied with the essentials. The location may not be for everyone - we love it as it is very quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle, and with turtle considerations there are restrictions on late-night activities, light and noise. The beach is nearly deserted. Restaurants and shops are a bit of a drive. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this place is ideal. If you want more typical activities of a beach town, maybe look for something less remote.

This is the first place that had everything you could want or need. Awesome location
.very private. The only negative I have was the dog that barked for hours! Poor thing must have been left alone. Dean is a wonderful host. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks so much.

A piece of paradise on Melbourne Beach

We have stayed in several VRBO's on the beach in the past 2 years. We all most gave up until we stayed in this VRBO. It was so clean and the location is perfect. What really stuck out for us is how accommodating Dean and Patricia are with their guests. They were so easy to contact when needed. They have the place supplied with all the needed essentials for staying in a VRBO and especially staying on the beach. We would stay here again in a heart beat!!!!!! The place is lovely.

Amazing

Clean, cozy, and everything you will need for a getaway. I loved the little Christmas tree as an added decoration! If you forget any toiletries, no need to worry. There is extras for everything you need. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about our vacation. I will definitely be back!

We moved here to Melbourne Beach in 2012 because I have been surfing these beaches for more than 30 years and always loved what the area offers for our family!

We own another vacation beach rental called "The Beach Shack" (VRBO:1393715) in the nearby town of Indialantic, sleeps 8, 3 bedroom 3 bath.
We just love sharing our beautiful area with the amazing travelers from all over the country and the world and we get to host them as a business. Our guests always ask us if we have anymore rentals. We love the beach and had this amazing opportunity to own this triplex that has 3 vacation rental units. All listed. It gives the opportunity for guest to rent one, two or three units depending on how many people traveling.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves as you sip your coffee on the deck, viewing the spectacular ocean sunrises! Serenity Beach is ideally located in Brevard County between the cruise ships in Port Canaveral to the north and beautiful south beaches of Sebastian Inlet State Park. If all systems are GO, you could witness a Kennedy Space center rocket launch from your own beach.
Situated on the barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon with nature abound, it's easy to spot pelicans flying overhead, dolphins, and sometimes manatees! Depending on the time of year, connect with one of mother natures unique events during turtle nesting season, March thru October. The beaches here are one of few in the world that have three species of turtles lay their eggs at night and early morning hours, then the hatchlings emerge to start their life journey. The loggerhead, the huge leatherback and the green turtles have been using these beaches for millions of years, it is a very special event to witness but never touch or disturb them with lights. These turtles are protected by law and by the locals.
The small sleepy towns of Melbourne Beach and Indialantic hold many events: art shows to Founder's Day! There is plenty to do if you want. If you like fishing you can get your gear at nearby Black Dog bait shop and try your luck surf fishing, off the pier at Sebastian Inlet state park or local boat charters. If you like golf there is nearby Spessard Holland or Aquarina Country Club.
