Vues Paradise Apartment !! Il s'agit d'un appartement de 2 chambres Ă  coucher et 2 salles de bain situĂ© sur la rue principale. Ce condo en front de mer est situĂ© au 1018 Ashford Avenue (consultez le site Web (maps cachĂ©es)). La propriĂ©tĂ© est au centre de toute l'action et Ă  distance de marche de tout. Le Vanderbilt Resort et l'hĂŽtel La Concha ainsi que le casino sont juste en face. À distance de marche de la plage, du casino et des restaurants. Cela inclut CARTIER, WAFFLE HOUSE, SERAFINA, ZEN SPA, SALVATORE FERRAGAMO, LIQUOR STORE, etc. Les deux chambres ont leur propre salle de bain complĂšte et sont Ă©galement climatisĂ©es. Zesar was very responsive, friendly and professional. Condo was as listed. Beautiful view of lagoon.

We arrived to find a pleasant 9th floor view of Manatees and Sea Turtles just off the balcony. Night kayaking excursion was just next door. All amenities worked fine and Zesar was prompt and friendly with our questions . Would recommend staying here.

Perfect Location

We spent our Holiday vacation in this condo by the lagoon. The location is perfect, the condo is so clean. We encounter a little problem with the washer but the property manager was very helpful and kept the communication going. The check in was very easy and parking always available.

Astor condo San Juan

Great view from our 9th floor balcony! Kitchen was adequate. Little short of table service. Great to have the washer and dryer right in the kitchen. The wash basin and stool elevated 10 inches above the floor is not good. We had to buy and leave a step stool to make the stool usable.

Great location!

We had a great stay in this home. Right on the water and a 5 min walk to the beach. The space is perfect for 4 people. Good security and well located for restaurants and fun. Great AC. We recommend Escobar beach. It is across the bridge and past the bay. Great snorkeling there. Much closer before the bridge to the right is a quiet bay with umbrella rentals and good grilled chicken pinchos. You can Uber everywhere fairly cheaply.

Perfect spot for exploring San Juan

Wonderful location with water views. We saw turtles and manatees from our balcony!! Great restaurants within easy walking distance and a quick Uber away from old San Juan. Highly recommend! We also tools advantage of having items stocked before our arrival including flowers for my friend’s birthday. It made the trip even easier, we woke up with everything we needed already in the fridge. I hope you enjoy your time there as much as we did!!

Great location and views!

The location is great! The views are fantastic! The unit was sufficient. The kitchen is not good. Don’t plan on cooking here. Very limited hot water too. It’s also not a sleep 6. The third bed is a vinyl air mattress. If you’re 4 or fewer people who don’t plan on cooking and are willing to wait between showers, this really is perfect for you!

Great location

I stayed with my two female cousins. The property is small but very nicely decorated and clean. Washer/dryer, microwave, stove, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery included. Good security and location steps away from the beach, 24 hour convenience stores and every imaginable restaurant you can want. The view for the property is a lagoon where there are swimming turtles and Manatees. Next to the property there is a kayaking rental where at night you can rent a kayak with illuminated undersides so that you can see the manatees. on a clear day you can see them from the room. I spotted two and several turtles. The two bedrooms are ample in size one of the units, the master has it's own full bathroom. The bathrooms are a bit peculiar, but takes nothing away from the stay. The property manager Zesar was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend.

This is not Beachfront Property

this picture is very deceiving, and this condo is not on the beach........and does not have beach access either. It has a view of the lagoon, which is very nice.........but the balcony to sit out and enjoy the view only had two chairs and they were both broken. There were no other chairs in the condo that you could pull out onto the balcony. The condo sleeps 6, but there are only two seats on the couch if you want to watch tv together. The kitchen did not have an oven, and the stove top doesn't work.........so if you are planning to make meals to save some money, plan on only microwave and refrigerator operational. There are two bathrooms, but they are both 3/4 baths. There is no bathtub if you are bringing young kids. Both bathrooms have a ledge to step up onto for the toilet and sink. Difficult to navigate if you have mobility issues. I would never return to this place.

Nice vacation

It was a very nice getaway! Accommodations have a very good location with a beautiful view at the lagoon and comfortable layout! Owner Felipe and our coordinator Zesar were great. Thank you guys for making our vacay chill and easy! Highly recommending this accommodation for stay, suitable for both family or group of friends. Enjoy!)

Bathroom and AC Issues

Master bedroom Curtains too short so light comes in as soon as sun rises. Hole in bathroom wall should be finished off since any odors and noise from neighboring bathroom enter master bedroom. Issues w hot water and low water pressure. No niche or anywhere to put your toiletries in shower. You have to place on the floor and drape washcloth over shower head that is at a height of maybe 5’’7”. I’m 6’ 2” so had to bend down to wash my face and hair. No outlets in bathroom. Beach chairs are there but you aren’t going to carry them over 1/4 mile to get to Condado beach. Have to enter the building through parking garage every time. It takes minimum of three keys to get into the apartment. AC works fine. TV is smart tv so no cable in there. Estimated at 27”. Smallest I’ve seen in a while. Asked for some sort of discount related to above inconvenience. Received no reply at all from property owner.

Tranquility

We loved being able to sit on the balcony and look out at the water. It was so calming. We could watch people paddle boarding, swimming and kayaking. There was a restaurant next door that had good food and great coffee. We felt safe in and outside of where we stayed. The only problem was the water didn't stay hot for showers. In all a great place to stay and I would rent it again!

Clean spacious apartment with an awesome view of the backwaters

Having guests enter the apartment is a bit of a hassle. One needs keys to open the entrance door of the buildings, to operate the lift and to open the apartment door. If you have guests over, you will have to go to the entrance of the building to receive them each time they arrive.

Wedding week

I stayed at Felipe’s Condado condo for a week when we were in Puerto Rico for my dad’s wedding. The condo is comfortable and the location is so great. The condo has gorgeous views of the lagoon- we saw dolphins, turtles, and manatees from the living room!

Great location if you like to be in the middle of the action

This is a great location for all of the nightlife around it. It can be noisy at night. The apartment is comfortable with a great view of the lagooon. Beach is a few minutes away. The property is advertised as “sleeps 6” but be aware that there are beds only for four. There’s an inflatable mattress for the last two. I did not give it 5 stars overall because I saw several bugs crawling around inside. Overall, it was delivered clean but the bugs gotta go.

Left my children and I on the street

I reserved this property in April for our July stay. I communicated with the owner Felipe and told him my two children, youngest who is 4, my cousins, and I would be staying at his property. I expressed my excitement in staying in Condado; we usually stay in Ocean Park. Communication was fine, payments were made on time. When we arrived to check-in the parking attendant said someone already parked in our spot and took the key. There was a language barrier since I do not speak Spanish. Felipe had me contact the property manager, Jaime. Jaime said he would look into it and call me back. 20 minutes later, we're still waiting at the property. I call Jaime, he sends me to voicemail. Then I get a notification from VRBO that my reservation was cancelled as I am waiting onsite of the property. This is a scam. They will leave you and your family stranded. Trying to find last minute safe reservations for your family is a horrible experience. Do not trust this property owner or manager.

Perfect place to enjoy Condado

I would highly recommend staying here. This was my 3rd visit to San Juan, and this is by far the best vacation rental that I have stayed in. The apartment was clean & the pictures were accurate. The location is within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Felipe was also very responsive and answered all of my questions.

I would highly recommend this location for your stay in Puerto Rico.

The location was beautiful and close to great restaurants and activities. My host was very thorough and attentive. The property came with the basic necessities and very clean. I will be back soon and I pray to stay here again. Thank you soooo much 😘I absolutely loved it.

It’s not a beachfront condo

Property manager was very rude. The unit had a ant infestation issue and I called the property manager and was told he could refund me for the rest of my stay because I brought the issue to his attention and was told there’s not an ant issue in the unit. He rubbed me the wrong way and was very in professional. The condo is very out dated. No television is no one of the rooms and ice maker didn’t work on the refrigerator, no oven, mop was smelly, broom was old. The only thing that we loved about the unit was the view. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great view and walking distance to restaurants and shopping

If you like being in the middle of the action, this is nice place for it. It was up high enough that gave it a great view and you couldn't hear all the noise coming from the street. It was not quite as luxurious as I expected from the photos, but it was still a nice place. It's walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants and is located in Condado, which is very much a go-to destination close to Old San Juan. Parking is complicated (the area is also used for paid parking for visitors), but there is a valet so even if your car gets blocked in, he will have keys so he can move cars around.
