Le bùtiment a un accÚs direct à la plage, à 25 mÚtres de la porte du hall. Il y a une grande piscine chauffée et une piscine pour enfants. C'est aussi une courte distance de marche des restaurants, offrant tout, des aliments locaux aux pizzas en passant par les sushis et les steakhouses. Les supermarchés (également ouverts 24h / 24 et 7j / 7) sont également à proximité.

si votre visite est pour le tourisme médical, la propriété est à quelques pas de l'hÎpital presbytérien et du centre médical.

Bien que vous puissiez tout trouver Ă  distance de marche, il y a des arrĂȘts de bus sur Ashford Avenue trĂšs prĂšs du bĂątiment qui a des bus qui vont jusqu'Ă  Old San Juan, donc des vacances sans voiture sont certainement possibles.

Location, Location, Location!

This apartment was a great way to end our visit to PR. The check-in process was seamless. The apartment has everything you need. They even included food essentials to get us started. The location is probably the best part. It’s close to beaches, restaurants, parks, you name it! It’s a gem!

Great location!

We had a great time here. The location was great. The owner left a few groceries for us for when we arrived. There was chairs, towels, and umbrellas for the beach.

Chef's Delight

Nice VRBO in a good location. Easy to either walk or UBER to where we needed to go. The kitchen was beautiful and supplied with all necessities. There was bread, cheese, bananas, cereal, oatmeal, milk and juice, and other beverages provided which was so helpful since we did not get to the grocery store immediately. Nice pool area and stretch of beautiful beach was just beyond the pool.

Nice Apartment at very convenient location.

Nice Apartment, close to restaurants and other amenities; very convenient access to beach. Building is little dated; also needs some maintenance done due to the hurricane damage. Good communication with the rental agency.

Great host and property

This was by far my best experience with renting a property. I needed a kitchen to do some baking and it was perfect and well appointed kitchen. Great location also. We got in late on a Sunday and were thrilled to find a bag of coffee, milk eggs and other essentials provided for us; so nice to sleep in and not have to run out for groceries early in the morning. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Building is in tough shape.

We had a very pleasant stay and our host was a great communicator. The building has all kinds of rules but don’t worry about the pieces falling off the building, just make sure you don’t break a rule.

Amazing!!!

The Apartment was clean and 100% ready! Felt in love The kitchen 😍😍😍, also the apartment was equipped with everything we need it from beach chairs to beach towels, refreshments and snacks awaiting for us. Also every party involve before and during our stay was available at all time to answer any quiestion. Hope to stay in this lovely apartment again when I come back to visit the Island.

great spot, great host

This unit was a perfect spot for me and my three teen daughters. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, the pool and beach right downstairs was super convenient. The building is located in a happening, safe and very walkable area of san juan. We happened to lose power for a full day during the week for somekind of upgrade but Judith communicated and was very hands on with trying to help. Despite the power loss for a full day I still give 5 stars, that should say somethnig!

Not as advertised and dirty

Property was rundown and old. There was construction going on early in the am. Asked for early check in at 1 and didn’t get in until 3. There was cockroaches as well. Ice dispenser did not work in fridge. The hallway getting to property smelled of marijuana everyday. Overall there are much better properties in the area.

The air conditioner in the second bedroom did NOT work. Which most definitely was an issue because several of us is dealing with asthma with temperature over 100 degrees for the 4 days we stayed there. Also, No privacy for married couples on vacation. Due to the fact that we had to keep the door open with a fan in it to try and get cool air into the room from the eating area. The whole reason for booking a two bedroom was for privacy. Mattress, AC, ironing board and constant noise in bedroom and TV not showing properly

Our stay was GREAT customer service GREAT. I didn’t want to make any requests during my stay and wanted to wait till after I left. First, the mattress, I’m sorry but it needs to be changed. The springs in the mattress made it very difficult to find a comfortable spot to sleep, that followed by the constant noise in the locked closet which sounded like a boiler. It kept me up at nights especially when it kicked into high gear. The ironing board needs to be changed it could not stay opened we had to place it closed on a table to iron. The AC in the dining room was not working and we couldn’t watch TV because the pixels were fuzzy. That happens when the cable wires are too long and poor WiFi. Oh, the laundry detergent bottles were empty so I ended up using a little from the trial size that was there. The plus to my stay was central Location to everything, secure, CLEAN apartment and friendly staff. Would I stay again

The location of the condo was perfect. We are able to walk or grab an Uber to wherever we needed to be. The owner was kind to leave us some started grocery items in the fridge. There were plenty of towels for our stay. They also provided beach chairs and towels. Access to the beach was easy and convenient. The building is old. It appears they a doing some renovations to building. There is security on site which we appreciated. The unit itself could use some work. It was overall clean, but some areas could have used a little more cleaning. Mainly the decor could use a good cleaning. The kitchen had an issue with small white bugs all over the counters and the sink. We found some bug spray and we had to spray twice a day to keep them at bay. The owner did have some put bait traps during our stay. The furniture could use some updating. The bed in the first bedroom was uncomfortable and sits very low to the floor. The love seat in that bedroom recliner did not work. I feel they should upgrade to a bed that sits higher up if they can. The living room furniture could use an upgrade as well. Not a comfortable piece of furniture at all. The tv in the main room had the setting for assistance is on and you cannot turn it off because the original remote for the tv was missing. To have the tv talk each time you change the volume was annoying. Overall we had a good stay. There were a few annoyances than can be easily fixed if the owner chooses to address them.

Great Nest

Loved the unit, amazing kitchen.... sorry we weren't ready to cook on vacation but I would of loved to have spent time cooking in it. All was great... communication was very good and quick. no problems with the unit. Would return!

Good overall

We have visited Condado a few times this year so we were more than familiar with the building and the area. The location of this building is absolutely perfect for someone staying in Condado since there is so much walking. Overall the unit was great, but I will say we missed the ocean views we’ve had in the past (that’s no fault of the Chefs Delight owners). The reason we missed the ocean views and sounds was because we stayed in the “2nd bedroom”. At night the air conditioning unit was super loud turning on each night. The other issue was the mattress. Unlike the larger bedroom there wasn’t a memory foam mattress. It was super uncomfortable and we felt every movement so neither of us slept well. The location of the unit definitely made up for the uncomfortable sleep, but the change of mattress in the smaller room would make this a 9/10 review.
