Charmant gite de 3 chambres entre Croton & Hardy barrages

Ce magnifique chalet est situé à Croton, MI, à environ 40 miles au nord de Grand Rapids. Il a été entièrement rénové avec artisanat magnifique. Ce gîte de charme est entièrement meublée, y compris la literie et les Équipements de la cuisine. Il offre une vue tranquille d'un grand pont et le bateau l'accès au 1200+ acres lac tous les sports. Le lac offre une excellente pêche toute l'année avec le monde célèbre la pêche truite arc en ciel dans la rivière Muskegon moins de 1 mile away! Tous les établissements locaux (restaurants, bar, banque, station d'essence, épicerie) tous situés à distance de marche. Lave-vaisselle, laveuse, sécheuse et la climatisation centrale tout compris!

Ménage: Ce chalet est nettoyé entre chaque famille de locataires. Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir être respectueux de notre propriété et le laisser dans le même état que vous avez trouvé dans. The updated house was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, and it was nice having access to a grill. The personalized touches welcoming our family were fantastic!

Have stayed before and keep coming back -house has great kitchen fully stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. Coffee maker, with coffee and creamer.Laundry in basement.There is plenty of businesses in the area for food, grocery's, gas, etc. Communication with the owner -fantastic!

Excellent vacation!

The house was clean, the location is excellent, and Bob did a great job communicating. I stayed at this house with some friends and spent each day mountain biking the Dragon trail. All of us were happy with our stay and would definitely come back again!

Another Great Stay

Charming Cottage with plenty of room for 2 friends. A convenient place for 2 Fishermen to stay with access to numerous Muskegon River boat ramps, and to a number of restaurants in nearby Newaygo. Our second stay, and the host, Robert could not be more accommodating. Thanks again for great stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable!

The cottage was wonderfully equipped, appointed, and located. Enjoyed grilling on the deck, making campfires, or just getting cozy on the couch after a full day of paddling, or mountain biking.

Family Reunion

We stayed here as part of family get together. The cottage is clean and comfortable. The driftwood bar and grill across the street can be a bit noisy on summer weekends, not the fault of the owner. Lovely deck out front. Be sure to read the check out cleaning procedures in advance.

Annual Fall Getaway

This year our getaway took us to Newaygo/Croton area. We rented this cottage because it was near the Newaygo State Park. The cottage was very nice and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room. Kitchen stocked very well Close to a small grocery store, tavern and a coulpe restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing you place.

A Very Comfortable Cabin

Great spot for 2 fishing buddies to hang out while we were on our semi-annual fishing excursion to the Newaygo area. Well equipped with just about everything you could need. We'll consider it again in 2023.

Great place to stay. We fished in the rain all day and everything was soaked when we got back. Luckily, we had access to a clothes dryer, dry clothes for the next day. Something to think about when booking if you are going to be outdoors also.

Amazing Getaway

I would highly recommend this beautiful cottage. Amazing location, if you love fishing or boating. The owners are super nice and reply to your requests or questions in a timely manner. The one down side is the phone and internet service, it's not the greatest but you are there to relax not to lose yourself in social media.

Still a great place to stay

We stayed here before and it was perfect again. Very clean, comfortable and close to our family. Only concern is that Soffit lights outside come on at 10:15 at night. They shine in the bedroom. You can turn them off, but they reset each day.

I apologize about the soffit lights. You are correct and they do reset each day to whatever setting the dimmer is set to. The dimmer switch is adjacent to the timer just above the salmon bench. You can either turn it completely off or just adjust it to a lower setting and it will stay that way forever. Its a digital dimmer so power will need to be on from the timer to make any adjustment. Pushing the small door on the timer acts like a bypass on/off switch until the next timer cycle. Hope this helps for any future visits.
