Guests have access to all common areas; driveway area, yard around cabin, boardwalk/dock area, kayaks, bikes, air hockey, cornhole, ladder ball, 4 pickleball rackets/balls, and garage area.

Other Things to Note:

Shower: The removable shower head wand ensures extra convenience for taller guests. The shower is on the smaller side.

Property: This is a resort with 4 separate buildings being rented at times however there is still plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the grounds. Refer to overhead photos if you have questions on layout.

Noise: The cabin is located on a busier road which does cause some daytime noise.

Sunroom: The cabin is well insulated however the front room being all windows does get a bit colder, however, extra blankets are provided.

Pets: Allowed for an additional nightly fee, please select pets while booking if you plan to bring your furry friends. Please contact us after booking to confirm pet arrangements if not prepaid online.

Pricing: There is a $15 charge per person per night over two guests to cover additional cleaning and laundry expenses. This is why we ask for an accurate number of guests and is automatically included in your price.



Interaction with Guests:

The owners will always be a text or call away if any issues arise however our desire is to give each guest privacy and space to enjoy themselves within the confines of the house rules.
