Welcome to Paradise Resort #3. A 2 bedroom Efficiency Apartment now available for nightly rentals in Croton Township. Professional month to month stays may be available, message to inquire. Just 8 miles from US 131 (exit 125). 20 miles from Big Rapids. 18 miles from Fremont.
Monthly rentals include all utilities, internet, and trash removal. Deposit required on monthly rentals. No pets.
We are a small resort on the Muskegon river with only 4 rentals. Our quaint backyard overlooks the Muskegon River in a park like setting that is unmatched to any accommodations around. Once you arrive you will enjoy the peacefulness and relaxing atmosphere. Kayaks are available for use June thru September. Fishing from the dock is a favorite, and of course bonfires in the evening. Only a couple miles from the new trail system The Dragon Trail which has rave reviews from both hikers and Mountain Bikers. Bring your boat, we have trailer parking available along with dockage.
Sleeps up to 4. Queen bed in main living area, full bed in additional bedroom. Roll away twin available.

This is a great place to stay! The unit is in impeccable condition and communication was excellent. It was exactly the cozy vibes we needed for a weekend getaway, with lots of parks and things to do nearby. Make sure to get the wet burrito at Riverstop Saloon in Newaygo!

Very cute property, clean room, beautiful setting. Missing some basic kitchen items, including tin foil and hot pads for the grill. The kayaks available for use were not stored properly, one was full of water, despite the dry summer, and both were filled with spiders. That was a bummer, but the rest was excellent.

Such a cute and cozy place with beautiful views of the river. We enjoyed mountain biking, fishing, hiking, and kayaking during the day and loved relaxing on the outdoor swing and by the firepit at night. Melissa was so friendly and welcoming. This place was amazing! Melissa was friendly and VERY helpful. We had quite and adventure with a small kitten climbing in our bumper, but we got him out amd helped reunite him with his family! The view of the river was beautiful. And my husband was able to catch a walleye. This was the perfect spot for a mini vacation and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great little getaway

Stayed here for a couple of days to spend the weekend fishing for steelhead on the Muskegon River. Accommodations were great; ample space for my husband and I, well stocked, clean and fun decor! Cozy and cute. The fishing was great too! Will definitely return.

Honeymoon get away

This place was more than we could imagine. Beautiful overlook on the river with a swing, camp fire at night, and kayaking on the river.

Nice setting, cute efficiency!

Perfect for two people who had lots of outdoor plans. We basically slept, showered, and ate breakfast here, but could have spent more time on site relaxing in the gazebo or heading down to the dock. Mini fridge and microwave were perfect for what we needed. Very clean space , with cute decor.

Very nice place with lots of character

Very nice place. Clean and the outside setup was unique with lots of options for fun or relaxing time. Would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. The host was very accommodating and friendly. We drove through the night and weren't arriving until very early in the morning. They had our unit ready with lights and AC on.

What a Treat!

It is such a cute property and there are many little surprises!! We stayed here for four nights and five days and we actually hated to leave. Our little cabin like room had some luxurious touches along with some novelty touches that just made it seem extra special. Our host Melissa was very responsive and kind. Our cabin was well equipped for anything we needed. We didn't get the chance to partake in any of the outdoor activities that this property offered, but maybe next time. 😉

Perfect!

What a great property this is. The grounds are well maintained and have nice amenities and beautiful sunset views of the river. Our room was very comfortable and decorated perfectly. Again, all the amenities you could ask for. The hosts have really done a great job to provide everything you could want for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It is a great value for all you get. We're looking forward to going back.

Beautiful

My husband and I stayed here for a short getaway. The place is very clean and well kept, cozy, and many amenities provided. The host is super kind. We spent most of our time fishing, we caught a ton of perch right off the pier, we also caught northerns, and bass. We used their kayaks, up and down the river, the river is beautiful and full of wildlife.

Cute well kept property right on the river. There is one large room with queen bed, desk, table, and kitchen, and then a second small room with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is accessible from the main room. Property was pristine, and view was gorgeous

Relaxing

We used the rental as a home base during our trip, making day excursions to Michigan's Adventure, Fishing, hiking the Dragon Trail, and riding dune buggies at Silver Lake. But we also spent a lot of time at home base, and enjoyed the property! Our host was great and extremely responsive too .

Nice place

Very well-appointed and comfortable lodging. Good water access from the high Bluff, but the stairway to the water was steep and long. Not for older people the kitchen needed some attention: there was no spatula for cooking, and the coffee was lace with s’more‘s or caramel, if you’d like that sort of drink. Otherwise, easy to find and check in, and very private, even though there are four units at this location. Charming.
