DĂ©tendez-vous sur votre grand balcon privĂ© tout en regardant les couchers de soleil et les dauphins sur le golfe du Mexique. Ce condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© de la grande cuisine aux salles de bain. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec salle de bain privĂ©e. La chambre d'amis a un lit queen size. Il y a aussi un canapĂ©-lit queen-size dans le salon. Cette unitĂ© a une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse pour votre commoditĂ©. Parking couvert avec une place dĂ©signĂ©e au 2Ăšme Ă©tage. Un code de sĂ©curitĂ© est nĂ©cessaire pour que les portes du hall d’accueil vous permettent de vous sentir en sĂ©curitĂ© dans un bĂątiment sĂ©curisĂ©. Profitez de la piscine ou plongez dans le bain Ă  remous. Utilisez le tiki hut pour les grillades ou participez Ă  une partie de jeu de palets. Chaises de plage, parasols et serviettes fournis. Great Spot in Madeira Beach

We had a terrific time staying here. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and beautiful beach. Perfect place for families or friends to gather. We would stay again.

Perfect for an extended vacation

We spent two weeks there and loved every minute of it. The condo is so clean and well appointed you will want for nothing. It is perfect situated between all the restaurants and attractions. Love this condo and all of the amenities of the complex.

Beautiful Condo in a Beautiful Setting

I have stayed in this area for 17 years and this is one of the nicest condos in which I have ever stayed. It is well equipped and has all things necessary to make your stay great. It is decorated beautifully and the views are fantastic.

What a great place

This property is amazing. We have stayed in the Ocean Sands complex on previous trips to Madeira Beach, but this property has been the best, by far. Condo was very clean and there were plenty of water toys in the closet for us to use. Communication with the host (Dennis) was great and he responded immediately to all of our questions.

Wonderful Stay

Super well-equipped condo— comfortable beds and living area, responsive hosts, AMAZING view, very walkable area— such fun!! Nice pool deck and hot tub area. (What’s NOT to love!?) We remote worked during the day and still felt like we were on vacation. did NOT want to leave! Thank you to our hosts for sharing this home away from home!

Remote worked during the day from this VERY well-equipped and comfortable condo—and greatly enjoyed ourselves supporting the local bars/restaurants that are walkable or just a trolley ride away that have reopened after the hurricanes, great to see progress continuing in the area. Repair and recovery efforts continued on the condo pool deck, garage/first floor lobby area, and the beach itself (breakers).

Great location and beach view. While still renovating due to hurricane damage, the elevators were out of service for three full days. it was very inconvenient for us on the 11th floor, and all other residents of the condo.

Home away from home!!

This is our third year here and when we walk in the door, it is like coming home again. The best place to spend our time is on the patio, enjoying the warm breezes, sunshine, beach and sea life. It never grows old. The condo is well equipped, centrally located to a farmers market, grocery store, library, drug store, post office, liquor store and dollar store, not to mention great restaurants in walking distance!

Wonderful owners!

I wanted a place to stay on the beach with my daughter, who goes to school in Florida and was having surgery, for two weeks while she was recovering. The owners were incredibly accommodating in letting me book at the last minute. Their home is beautiful and I felt like I was a guest in someones home and not living in a hotel for two weeks. The location is perfect too and the people who live in the building were friendly and welcoming. The large balcony was important so we could get outside and see the sunsets. A great home and wonderful owners!

Having spent numerous holidays along this part of the coast, this condo is the best place we've stayed at. Everything about the condo was perfect. Easy check in and access by elevator. Quiet unit, exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained with good quality furnishings. Hosts seem to have thought of everything. Beautiful sunset and ocean views from spacious balcony with comfortable chairs and loungers. Thank you so much to our hosts for a wonderful holiday, we did not want to leave. Very highly recommend.

Clean and Comfy

Condo was nicely kept. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Appreciated the extra fans! Excellent view from the 11th floor. Plenty of beach gear (towels, chairs, noodles, coolers a cart to haul it all down). At one point the power went out in our area and the owners were very quick to respond to my text to let us know when the power would be restored. Would certainly stay again!

Good Location, Unit was Good

Generally, the property is located in a great location on Madeira Beach and is convenient to everything you need. Even at 11-stories up, the noise from the traffic was heard in the unit, especially the 2nd bedroom. The unit was very well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay and plenty of toys, beach gear, towels, etc. for the beach. The building is somewhat dated but adequately maintained and the unit was comfortable with some updates in the kitchen in bathrooms.
