Maison de style cottage avec un grand porche confortable pour Ă©couter les vagues se briser sur les porches avant et arriĂšre. Piscine chauffĂ©e dans la cour arriĂšre avec un hangar pour cuisinier, clĂŽturĂ©e avec des arbres luxuriants et des bois Ă  l'est. L'intĂ©rieur semble grand avec de hauts plafonds et de multiples fenĂȘtres et portes vitrĂ©es Ă  la belle piscine. SituĂ© dans une rue sans issue dans un quartier familial avec des restaurants cinq Ă©toiles Ă  proximitĂ© de l'ocĂ©an et de la riviĂšre. Quinze minutes en voiture du centre-ville de St Augustine. Guana State Park Ă  5 minutes de kayak, de pĂȘche et de longues promenades.

Fabulous Stay

Me and my husband spend the 4th of July week here and it was fabulous! So close to the beach, the private pool was perfect touch as well! The property was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you could possibly need! Plan to rent this property again in the future!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very well laid out so it was super spacious for 4 people. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessities, and the beach was easy to access. We had a super relaxing stay. The pool and backyard was a nice spot to hang after a day at the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Perfect Spot

The bungalow is cute, clean, and perfectly located. The pool area has a convenient outside fridge - don't miss the tripod clothes rack for swimsuits/shoes. The jungle path to the beach is adorable, making an easy walk to the beach. Communication with Grayson is prompt and she brought us some things we needed to make our stay perfect. Don't buy water! The water in the house is excellent!

Summertime Rest

The Dune Bungalow is even sweeter in real life! It is a secluded paradise! The pool is so restful, the fig tree has sweet fresh figs, the place is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. There is a really cool path to cross the street to a most spectacular beach. Best of all, the hosts are warm and welcoming. Truly one of the BEST places I have stayed! Thank you, Grayson! Wonderful house

The house is spotless, spacious, and across the street from the beach--perfect for us. Also a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. It was too cold to swim but we loved our evenings sitting outside by the pool. Owners were very responsive and came over immediately when there was a small problem with the water pressure. All good!

Great house, awesome location!

During such uncertain times this house provided us a home away from home to enjoy the sun, pool and beach! It was great having our own pool, and the beach is literally just across the street and just steps away. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to cook all our meals. There was a great grill so we could cook out too! There were perfect little beach chairs to take across the street and extra towels. Beds were so comfy! I can’t say enough great things about this place. We have family in the area and we would definitely stay again! Loved our time here!!!!

Nice location

Overall nice stay. Good location, easy beach access, quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is that the property was very buggy- inside and out
.. And I’m a Floridian, so I understand that a certain amount of bugs can be expected, but there were ants, and some sort of flying ant/wasp looking bugs in the house. One morning I woke up to a newly spun spider web from the coffee make to my coffee cup. I would recommend routine professional exterminator. Other than that it was a good stay. The house came equipped with everything needed.

Host was welcoming and attentive. The pool which was THE reason we rented this house was not working well at all. We were there for 10 days and not able to use it which was VERY disappointing. The host had to have service come twice. They could not make it warm enough to swim. House was fabulous, very clean and well stock.

Vilano Beach.. Labor Day Weekend

My wife and I stayed here over three wonderful days of Labor Day weekend. Communication with the host was excellent, the property was as described and all the starter items were provided and then some to have an excellent mini vacation. Beach chairs and cooler was perfect for the quick walk up the the path to the beach. The property is located away from the public beach access so you get your pick of the sand! Bed in the main bedroom is nice and comfy, property is nicely decorated and very clean! Overall a 5+ star stay and would go back in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed booking this property!

I would stay AGAIN for sure!

My annual girls weekend trip and we absolutely loved this house. It was just right for the 4 of house. We loved the privacy in the backyard and the little pool. Contact with the owners was AMAZING. We even got to share in the full moon on Sunday at the beach. Definitely would stay here again for a quiet weekend or time away from home. Thank you!!!

Poolside getaway

Our 2nd lovely visit to this home. We enjoy the heated pool and are pleased to find a 2 bedroom that has a heated pool that is not a condo. Also the hosts take their properties and their guests seriously and are prompt and gracious.

Perfect Stay

Beach Retreat

We visited St. Augustine for spring break with two school-age children. The house was just as it was listed! On a quiet street, a quick walk to the beach, well stocked with everything we needed. We did use the heat for the pool, since the nights were still cool, which helped make the pool warm enough for even my husband to swim at least twice! St. Augustine is a cute area with lots to do and we'd definitely come back again!
