À propos de cet hébergement

Steps away from StoneBriar Mall in Frisco!

Stay steps away from Stonebriar mall, Target, Buffalo Wild Wings, Glorias and lots of shops and restaurants. This 1.5 room apartment has a nice staircase and arcade basketball in the unit. 2 beds. Very peaceful and quiet location but so close to everything!
No pets allowed unfortunately at this location.
This is more of a quieter location and has a “zero party tolerance.”

Amazing rental to stay at for any trip. The host Patrick is super friendly and kind and he is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. It was very clean and nice as well as very conveniently located to a lot of shopping centers and it is right behind a super target so walking over for any grocery needs is so convenient. Being located across from the mall as well as easily accessible to the interstate it was the perfect rental for my first visit to the DFW area and Frisco. Would definitely rebook and highly recommend this rental to anyone and plan to rebook this unit for all my future trips back.

Points faibles : Propreté, communication
Check-in was just okay. I had to ask the host to send access info. The apartment was just so filthy. Hair, dirt and grime on every surface we touched. Hair and dust balls in every room, hair on the towels, on the furniture. The bathtub was very dirty and had not been cleaned. The bathrooms had men’s beard stubble in the sinks. The microwave had dried food pieces in it. Bread crumbs on the kitchen counter. The dishwasher was full, but we couldn’t tell if they were clean or not. A used sponge by the kitchen sink. The carpeted stairs were so gross and dirty. The floors were the worst, as we had my 11 month old granddaughter with us, and she is crawling. Her hands, knees and feet were black. This is the worst VRBO experience I’ve had. It made the weekend so incredibly stressful, and we even discussed leaving and staying somewhere else. Our options were limited. I will never recommend this host or this apartment.

The home is sleek and modern and just lovely! However, the best part was it was near everything! Retail, restaurants, etc! We loved it! An easy 5 stars!

Perfect staycation spot

This was the perfect place for me and my 2 kids over New Years. Across the street from everything you'd need if you want to stay local, and easy access to 121 & the tollway to get out and about. The upstairs bedroom layout was plenty spacious for us and the basketball game downstairs was a big hit. We'll definitely be staying again!

Visiting my daughter

This property was very convenient for us and in a quiet area. There is lots to do in the Frisco area and plenty of places to eat. Anything you need is close to this VRBO, and it had everything we needed.

Great stay!

The stay was short but enjoyable. My grandson whom is 3 enjoyed the in house activities, he was in a toy land. Safe area. Host was cool and allowed me and my party and extension of stay at no cost.

Great location

The communication was wonderful, great location, easy access to parking. I thought there were two full bedrooms and baths, listing a bit off. However, it worked perfectly for our party still. Would stay again.

Great host

It was a great stay! Communication was wonderful. We were sent a video of how to get to our place and how to get into the place. The area wasn't bad at all. Lots of place to shop and to eat at. Right down the road from the local mall and The Star. I would rate the host a 20 because the place was clean and great and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again and again. I would also recommend anyone who's staying in this area to book their stay at this location.

Good location

This was good for my daughters birthday, she wanted to be close to the mall. Communication was ok. The check in process was all done by text but the check out process was by email, which i didnt check. Partially my fault, but could be smoother. The upstairs tv did not work, bedding was basic, towels lacking. But it was 2 teenage girls and myself, so for what it was, it worked.

Great spot with lots to do

Overall the experience was nice. We had a good time due to several spots in the area. The owner had stated that at times the address provided for parking and convenience would send you to the wrong area, unfortunately it did and given the time of evening and traffick it was a little difficult. The beds were very low and not too comfortable, also I’ve never been asked to start a load of clothes when I’m being charged a cleaning fee and I’ve stayed in quite a few VRBO rentals. So overall nice, but those things kept me from giving 5 stars, God bless.

This was an amazing place to stay! It was close to the Ford center and in the middle of shops! OMG,the beds were the best I have ever slept in! I travel a lot and it was so relaxing, quiet and refreshing to come back from a day of competition. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
