This was a perfect home for our extended family. It had everything we needed. Being on the beach was great and such an easy walk down the path. We were worried about being next to the public access walkway but we had no issues whatsoever. This was far enough away from the traffic of PCB but close enough to everything. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

The location is what made us a repeat renter. We went with two other couples back in September 2020 and the same group again this September. We had perfect weather, and you cannot beat the convenient location to everything as well as being just steps from the beach. However, the home is a nice home but it needs some attention and love again as far as updated decor and fixing the wooden flooring downstairs- as well as a good deep clean. It has been 5 yrs since our last stay and the wear and tear is very evident. The decor is very outdated and dining chair seats are very dirty. If you’re simply looking for a great location on the beach that is somewhat reasonably priced, then this house will work for you. I will say the HVAC unit works great!! I would just recommend fixing the flooring downstairs ASAP because it’s a trip hazard in a few places where it’s buckling. New paint and updated fixtures and furniture would really help this house. I gave it a 4 star because of perfect location and also the ease of renting etc through RealJoy.

Everything was disgustingly old even cooking pans, outdoor tables were completely destroyed, bbq was for world war 2 , carpet was really dirty in living room, in general was disgusting , don't book this place

Excellent vacation home for Large family waith Great Beach Access

We loved the location of this home, far enough away from large condos such that beach was not crowded but close enough for short trip to tourist areas. The home offers great beach views and access so when the weather wasn't the best, we could still enjoy the scenery. Also highly recommend Sunnyside Grill for a nearby breakfast (We did take out).

Great spot on a great beach

Can’t beat the location. Steps from the back door is the beautiful Gulf Coast Beach. Everything in the rental promotion was as it was. We went with adults and teenagers and it was great.

Family Beach Time

We are going home today after a great week at PCB. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was the best. Close to restaurants and activities but on a quiet strip of beach. We have been coming here around 30 years.

Excellent communication with us during the entire process. Lovely location with the ocean in your back yard. Breath taking sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. The only negative is that there is no pool.

Enjoyed our stay. No major issues and overall a good place for a beach vaca. Great location on the beach but wish the house was not right next to the public beach walkway. Also, would have been better if the upstairs deck had furniture. Everything else was good. Lots of dishes and things to help make the stay nice. Lots of room for everyone.

Exactly what my family needed....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Spray really was the icing on the gulf cake! The house was clean, well stocked with towels and was just steps from the white sand! It comfortably accommodated my family of 14 and was located in a quiet area of PCB. We will definitely be back!

Nice for family stay

House wasn’t as clean as I expected with covid cleaning processes in place. It smelled musty when we entered and there was trash left under the bed in the master (I found when looking for a dropped pacifier!) The house itself is off a busy road which made me a little nervous when leaving with the kiddos but we just held their hands until they were in the car and it was fine. Location to the beach was amazing and the views excellent! Would definitely consider staying here again.

Come for the view/access

Access to the beach was exactly as described. I have never stayed in a more convenient location. We had some issues with clean bedding, but management was responsive and gave us new bedding that day. The kitchen is stocked in terms of cookware, but has absolutely no extras (seasonings, oils, tinfoil, etc), so be aware of that when booking. Overall, great trip and good location. PS: we didn’t have any issue with the porch. You’re there for the view, not the furniture.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

The Ocean Spray was a delightful way to spend Thanksgiving with my family. The property exceeded my expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The check-in process went without a hitch, other than my failure to operate the lock (no one had trouble but me!). We had no problems to report. Everything was as it should have been. The rooms were a good size, and everything was in great working condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property and look forward to coming again.

Beautiful right on beach with a nice big deck & grills! However, there are items inside the house that need updating/replaced. WAY too much silk greenery, decor needs to be more "beachy", upstairs bedroom with king bed was so soft the person could not get good sleep, couches are really bad and need replaced. We will not return.

Great Beach Vacation

This house was perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy being together while having some space of our own (with 3 generations in one place!) The location was in a nice uncrowded area so that we weren't having to feel crowded on the beach - and we could just walk off our deck onto the sand and gulf water! It wasn't fancy but it was clean and all of the beds were very comfortable. The kids could make noise without causing any neighbors discomfort. We had everything we needed in the kitchen - and washer/dryer was very convenient. We will be back!
