Belle maison Havasu!

Fantastique maison de lot de coin de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain dans un excellent emplacement! Quartier trÚs calme, pas dans une rue animée. AccÚs rapide au lac et à la plage de Windsor pour lancer votre bateau. Grand terrain d'angle avec une immense allée de bateau avec un accÚs facile pour garer votre bateau / jouets tout en profitant du lac ou de nombreux sentiers tout-terrain à proximité. Meubles et draps neufs dans tout l'intérieur avec beaucoup d'espace pour la famille et les amis. Grande suite parentale avec grande baignoire jacuzzi et douche à l'italienne. Les chambres ont deux lits doubles et l'autre avec un lit queen. Matelas pneumatique queen supplémentaire aussi si nécessaire. Barbecue et trÚs grande cuisine avec coin bar pour se divertir.

My hubby and I (and our dog) went to Havasu to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The house was beautiful! It was so comfortable, homey and clean. The bed was cozy. The kitchen well stocked. The neighborhood quiet. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. Ryan & Lisa were amazing hosts! Very helpful, communicative, and full of suggestions for how to enjoy the area! We would be thrilled to vacation here again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Wonderful!

This home was as pictured and described and overall lovely! Host was super responsive to any questions or requests and we had everything we needed for a great, relaxing time. Our daughters (8 and 10) LOVED the pool area. Will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area!

Perfect relaxing vacation

I can’t say enough about this property and the host, Ryan. The house was exactly as advertised with everything to make our stay comfortable. The location is excellent for doing things in Lake Havasu or surrounding areas. The house is fully equipped with everything that you would need to have a comfortable stay. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed using the hot tub during the cooler nights. The host is extremely responsive and checked on us more than once to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be rebooking with this host in the future. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a carefree, relaxing vacation.

Lake Havasu Stay

House was advertised as a family friendly home with a heated pool and jacuzzi. Had to text owner every time we wanted to use the jacuzzi and wait any where between 40 minutes and an hour and a half for a response. We were told the jacuzzi could be set to come on at specific time everyday but had to request it everyday. We were told 2 days in a row that the heat couldn’t be used during the middle of the day at all because the pool and hot tub were filtering. We were not allowed to use the pool heat until the 4th day after a lengthy and heated conversation. I spent the majority of my vacation communicating with the home owner and asking to use the jacuzzi and pool. Owner continually told us we were in their personal vacation home and even went so far as bragging to us how much they had spent on the pool system. If I could do it over I would have picked a different property just on the basis of ease of use of the amenities. Property owners told us we were their “Guinea pigs” because they hadn’t had a family with children stay at the property since the pool had been installed and admitted that they had little experience with the pool usage and cost to them. Complete disappointment.

Fantastic home with a great floor plan. Tastefully decorated with a homey family atmosphere. Very comfortable beds with soft sheets and lots of pillows. Bathrooms have nice soft towels and the owners even provide wet wipes for the sweet cheeks! Pet friendly to responsible dog owners. Great location, plenty of parking, short drive to the Havasu Marina and London Bridge. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would most definitely stay again.

Ryan was super easy to correspond with. Prompt and friendly. The house was comfortable and easy to get to. Plenty of room for our boat parking (28 Nordic Heat) which is always a bonus when we come in so late at night. Thanks Ryan! Short trip for us. But definitely starred in our favorites to stay again.

Winter Oasis

Above and beyond with hospitality

I stay at many VRBO’s and you never can count on want you will get in regards to toiletries or even toilet paper but this place has not only thought of the basics but also has the hospitality of a 5 star resort. Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The north side of town is very quiet and has very little road traffic. Access to the boat launch (Windsor Beach) is very close and only one traffic light away using the London Bridge Road. Fantastic neighbors.

The property is well stocked and extremely well maintained. We provide all the necessary amenities to cook family meals, enjoy the pool, and rest. The linens in the bedrooms are excellent and kept new every year. We really make the best effort to ensure our guests are comfortable and well taken care of.
