Sundance at Warriors Mark # 4 est un plan d'étage spacieux à 3 niveaux. Avec une cuisine complète, une cheminée, un combo laveuse / sécheuse, cette maison de ville est l'endroit idéal pour une escapade à la montagne! Le salon est ensoleillé et confortable. Avec une cheminée et une télévision, c'est un endroit agréable pour s'asseoir et se détendre. La cuisine est grande et entièrement équipée. La table à manger et le bar ont des sièges pour tout le monde. il y a un bel espace ouvert sur le patio arrière. L'étage principal a une salle de bain complète. A l'étage, la chambre principale est spacieuse avec un lit queen. Il y a une salle de bain complète avec baignoire à jets. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et une mezzanine avec un 3ème lit jumeau. Le niveau inférieur est une grande suite avec un lit queen et un futon. La 3e salle de bain complète est au rez-de-chaussée. L'unité est à une courte distance en voiture du centre-ville et à quelques pas de la descente à l'arrêt de bus Free Ride.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time at Breck staying at Warrior's Mark. It was close to the conference we were attending and the amenities were very well thought out for our stay. We would love to come back any time. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great property and responsive management

The title says it all. Convenient to the bus, the couple of issues we had were immediately addressed by the management, very homey and comfy.

Needs maintenance, they reference a dumpster for the trash no ideas as to where it is located looked twice around the property. Ski locker doesn't close or lock.

We apologize for the confusion around trash disposal, as the trash company for the property recently changed and we understand how that could have made locating the correct dumpster frustrating. Great Location, Cleanliness Issues

Overall the location was great. However, the beds were loud and uncomfortable and there were serious cleanliness issues, including used tissues and used masks under the dresser in one room when we arrived. While some dirt/dust is always expected, this showed a pretty clear lack of effort when cleaning, and is also extremely unhygienic. Otherwise the property was as described, and is less than a 10 minute drive from the gondola. If the cleanliness issues are fixed then it would be a great stay!

Perfect location and beautiful scenery.

This property was in a great location, 3 min walk to the bus stop. It was stocked with all the necessities you would need. It was very well maintained and the communication with the host was always fabulous and almost instantaneous. We had a family of 8 and it was the perfect size. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

Ski Stay

Overall the property has high potential. The location is great close to base of peak 9. The negatives are it looks to be in the process of being remodeled but is unfinished. There were exposed wires, burnt out light bulbs, leaky shower heads, non functioning washer/dryer combo, and the front door poorly latched. It snowed during our trip and this is up two flights of stairs and no one ever attempted to remove any snow from parking area or stairs. The beds are very uncomfortable and worn out. Updating spaces is great but this should be noted in the review that it is n process.

Clean and Close to Everything

Very enjoyable stay. Property is .7 miles from the center of town and only about 500 ft from the free bus that takes you to town or the slopes. Unit was clean and spacious. Beds were not the most comfortable nor were the linens of the greatest quality. Most of the unit was updated but there were items that would be easy and inexpensive to update that had not been. Great setup for a larger group. Basement bedroom is basically its own apartment with a separate entrance. I would stay here again.

Lots of room for family

This condo has lots of room for a large family. Two bedrooms upstairs and a room downstairs with a bed and futon that folds out gave us plenty of room for myself, daughter and son-in-law and my grandchildren. Well stocked kitchen.

Great Stay for Ski Trip

Close proximity to Brown Route made it easy for us to get to the mountain for skiing during the day and downtown for the evening.
