Located near the end of the court. Relax in the heated pool, enjoy a movie in the in-home movie theater, enjoy cornhole or play the arcade. Short drive to the parks, restaurants and supermarkets. Easy access to local freeways and 30 minutes to the airport.

Sleeping Arrangements

Sleeps 16 people. If larger accommodations are necessary can be used in conjunction with VRBO 3192349, if available, which is 2 houses up and sleeps 12 people.

Bedroom 1 - King Size Bed Master Suite with TV and ensuite bath featuring a jacuzzi tub

Theme Bedroom 5 - Mickey mouse room with 2 Twin size beds and shared bath

Upstairs loft has a pull-out sofa bed

Wheelchair available if notified prior to arrival to ensure it is on site.

Screened in private inground pool with spa. Free Pool and spa heat at standard temps (pool 87 deg) (spa 102 deg) which is very comfortable. A daily fee of $25 will be required to heat the spa and pool above these temps.

Near end of cul-de-sac for extra parking! Only 3 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort. Adjacent to the new Margaritaville Resort and the home is also walking distance to the "Island Grove Wine Company" and vineyard.

As a gated community, with outside video security Acadia Estates provides the security and proximity that attract vacation homeowners and guests alike!

Wonderful house and host!

This was a family of 7 trip to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The house was so adorable and relaxing. We enjoyed so much family time between movie room, playing pool, watching TV and the heated pool and hot tub. Great place to relax after days at Disney World and Universal Studios. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

My family’s stay at this VRBO was wonderful. The house was very clean and comfortable. The theater room with numerous kids DVDs and the multi game stand up arcade console was a huge hit. The pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect without having to pay an extra fee. There were only a few things I wish were included which are a crock pot, a gas barbecue, a better knife set, and more kitchen utensils. I did have a question regarding the pool, and the hostess responded right away. Just wanted to mention a couple things that we had to figure out; the knob next to the “pool rules” sign outside controls the volume of the outside speakers and the Roku in the theater room is mounted behind the projector on the ceiling and you have to point the remote at it from behind the projector. My family would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Great amenities with constant communication

Tina's property was amazing! We were in town for a family reunion, and the property added to good times outside of the other scheduled big family activities. This listing is completely accurate, and she maintained contact with us... from fixing the door code when we arrived to letting us add an additional night at the last minute. We enjoyed the game/movie room, and the pool and hot tub was a great amenity for the family and kids. We will definitely be back!
