La maison a été récemment rénovée en avril 2019. Nouveaux lits extra confortables. La maison de rêve de l'artiste qui fait face à l'Ouest! Incroyable vue panoramique imprenable sur la montagne et le golf de l'ouest de Santa Rosa dans cette magnifique ancienne maison modèle. Cette maison dispose de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains et une salle de jeux avec table de billard. La maison est un peu plus de 3600 pieds carrés, y compris une Casita privée qui surplombe le 6e trou et le green du parcours de golf Greg Norman à PGA West. Ce cours est un cours public auquel vous pouvez jouer et il y a 2 autres membres de la même communauté disponibles pour jouer (le tournoi Nicklaus et les cours Stadium). La grande conception de la pièce avec une salle à manger décontractée à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, de hauts plafonds et un grand foyer. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent une cuisine spacieuse du chef avec une cuisine en îlot de dalle de granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable ouverts sur le coin petit-déjeuner, deux cheminées et un garage pour trois voitures avec une zone de voiturette de golf séparée. Nouveau chargeur Tesla! Il y a une piscine privée d'eau salée et un jacuzzi avec un superbe foyer extérieur. La maison a un excellent wifi haute vitesse ainsi que HBO / Showtime. Il y a des téléviseurs plasma dans chaque chambre, certains d'entre eux sont des téléviseurs intelligents. Il y a une cheminée à l'extérieur et dans la chambre principale.

La maison a une table de billard et une table de ping-pong.

We had a short but great stay in La Quinta. Let me start off by saying the pictures don't emphasize how spacious this property is! We were wowed when we walked in the front door and saw the high ceilings and openness. The primary suite is enormous!! We didn't use the casita (which was also nice) because the main house fit the 5 of us. The kitchen area has everything! The outdoor space is also beautiful, right on the course with gorgeous views. The host/property manager were responsive and easy to communicate with.

Another fabulous stay!

Property is just as gorgeous as pictured, clean, well stocked, perfect for a desert getaway. 2nd time we have stayed here and we will definitely continue to return! The location and the outdoor space can’t be beat!

Great location with amazing views. Overall cleanliness was good with the exception of the widow spiders and a couple roaches. The house has everything you need. The Alexa controls to the amenities was a bit tricky, but we were able to figure it out. Overall, we would consider staying again.

This is the second time that my group of friends and I have stayed in this home. We love it. The house has everything we need and is very comfortable. We just float in the pool and look at the mountains, such a relaxing weekend!

Excellent home for a family getaway

This was an awesome home for a quick getaway. The place was spotless when we arrived and we enjoyed our entire stay. The rooms were spacious and the outdoor area was so much fun for the kids with the pool!

Felt like home

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! We stayed the weekend for a golf outing right. It’s right on the Norman course. Everything was perfect and clean! No complaints. All guests were happy and comfortable! Will definitely be looking to stay here again next year for our next golf outing!

Great home

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and spacious. We loved using the heated pool and hot tub. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed for cooking. Beautiful views! We will definitely return.

I own and currently manage the property in La Quinta. I'm semi retired public insurance adjuster and this is my second home on the golf course on the Greg Norman course. I know you will enjoy the home as much as I do. Anything I can do to make your stay more enjoyable let me know. The photo is me and my daughter. This is my personal home and I rent it to support my golf habit.

I purchased this home and re did it immediately. Over 130K plus invested in updating the home. New air conditioning units complete upgrades. All new furniture and numerous upgrades all completed in 2019. I liked this home for the view and location as you are not looking at any other homes when you are in the backyard. We constantly update the home and invest more money all the time.

Excellent unobstructed views- literally no homes in sight and only the view of the course and the mountains. Amazing saltwater pool. Great living room with plasma TV's and EXCELLENT WIFI in every room. The home is very comfortable and suitable for families or just golfers/visitors.
