Ancienne école d'infirmiÚres, La Vieja Escuela a été rénovée, mais conserve le charme d'antan avec des équipements modernes pour le monde d'aujourd'hui. Les habitants appellent ce type d'appartement une "casita", nous l'appelons une "oasis de couple". This property was exactly what we were looking for—located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that was perfect for walking our pets. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax, and our pups loved the walkable area. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything seamless. Angels unaware

Landed sick in West Palm Beach and had no idea all my plans were about to change. Our host and hostess were more than kind. So thankful for folks who are good people even when they don’t have to be. This little pocket paradise sheltered me from the rest of the world and gave me time to heal and be able to carry on.

Nice place in great location

This is a good property in many respects but has one major drawback for seniors (which we are). There is a large step-up from the front/kitchen room into the bedroom. This could be dangerous at night causing a fall onto the hard Mexican tile floor. Otherwise the property is excellent.

Perfectly relaxing

This was the perfect spot for a few days of relaxation. Just a short Uber ride to beaches and downtown. The bed was comfy, the space was perfect and the pool area was very private and secluded. Felt like we were at our own private resort. The only downside was the pool was very cold so we never got in it, but it looked beautiful and was very relaxing to sit outside. We enjoyed the beaches and downtown as well.

A Nice Couples Bungalow

My husband and I were in town for a convention and this little bungalow was the perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of a conference. It is small but has all that we needed in it. The neighborhood is stunning and the property is well manicured. The laundry facility was wonderful. The pool looked amazing but we never had the opportunity to get in it. Great people, easy process, clean and perfectly priced. Parking on the street was easy. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to prepare meals.

Fabulous Stay

This property is well cared for, had literally everything we needed (umbrella, coolers, for example), and was super convenient to downtown, shopping, and beaches. I would do it here again.

Clean, accurate as described

We stayed here mostly for a place to sleep as we had personal meetings during the day. The location is in close proximity to the highway an A1A. We did drive a lot in the evenings to check out other towns. We did not use the pool or go to the beach so I can't give an accurate review of the location proximity to the beach or the usability of the pool.

We have stayed in enough places to know what people like and want from their vacation experience. When we purchased Vieja Escuela we knew that it would be a success because its proximity to the airport, downtown, restaurants, beaches and other entertainment venues. We fell in love with the charm and character of this house and wanted to turn it into a vacation paradise. What gives this home its character are all the rustic features and decor to match it. We understand that many people want to experience the latest technology and shiny new floors and amenities, but there's something about the imperfections of old home that make it alluring.

The proximity to shops, entertainment and restaurants make this place a great choice for families. We have paid attention to detail when selecting the furniture so that it would compliment the Spanish-style home. The pool renovation has really brought the house to life so that our guests can enjoy Florida's beautiful weather.
