A long needed vacation.

We had such a great time. The house was clean and the location was great. The only thing I'd had liked to have was wifi and working cable but it wasn't a deal breaker. We will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. This is our second year to stay at this house. We like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The property was clean and has pretty much everything you need. The pool is a plus, especially if the river is low. Access to the river is close. We do still rent a golf cart to get our stuff to and from the river.

Last Minute Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Luckily someone cancelled and we were able to book this house last minute. We cooked all of our meals - don't forget cooking spray/oil and spices! Along with other cooking essentials - foil, foil pans, etc. We did have an ant problem by the pool - someone came over to take a look but couldn't treat because they didn't find an active mound. Patio was perfect and the washer/dryer was a plus. We will be booking again for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at River Dance was amazing. Plenty of room for all of us to hang out in the house or in the pool. A great bonus was that each bedroom had a restroom. The river access was not too far from the house but the river was low in this area. We did find a great spot a short drive from the house.

River Dance in Concan

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was unable to stay due to a surgery but my four brothers were able to enjoy the weekend there. The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Check in went seamlessly, the manager provided good friendly customer service. It is just steps away from the river and in a very beautiful and quiet area. My brothers enjoyed the fire pit Saturday night. Positive recommendations for this property to friends and relatives for groups of up to 10 people. The price was in line for the area but wish it was more reasonable(don't we all). I am not sure what restaurant they went to but it was good but due the time of the year, the only one open. They did go down to the river which they said was kinda low right now but still flowing.
