Courte distance de marche de la plage par Island Retreats Resort Promenade privée de ce condo au deuxiÚme étage. Grande unité pour une famille, avec de nouveaux téléviseurs et appareils à écran plat. Téléviseurs situés dans le salon et les chambres. La cuisine est équipée pour préparer des repas pour la famille et les amis. Superbes vues de l'extérieur salon privé donnant sur la zone commune et la piscine partagée. Vous pouvez simplement vous détendre sur le balcon aprÚs une journée à la plage ou descendre à la grande piscine. L'unité est équipée du WiFi. La buanderie sur place est ouverte le jour et ferme la nuit.

Stay was great. We could have used some extra bathing towels and the dishes had to be scrubbed before using due to stuck on food from previous people. Overall it was a quality stay!

Cute condo. Had everything we needed for a quick trip to the beach. Loved the fact that it had a beach umbrella and two chairs. It was very clean. The only complaint: pots and pans were worn out and some of the dishes were not clean. I had to wash everything before I used it. Also, I brought my own frying pan after reading comments by previous customers.

Good spot on the Coast

The condo was a great location. It was close to the beach with a short walk down the boardwalk. Its also really convenient drive to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Port A. The condo was clean, layout was great, comfortable furniture, dining table sat 6, and having the kitchen was great. Cute decor and nice view of the pool. My only complaints are the condition of the frying pan/pots. They were virtually unusable being banged up and gross. Looked like they were salvaged out of the beach from a hurricane, rusty gunk and all. If you plan to make eggs or anything bring your own pans (we chose not to use them). Next bring your own pillows. I don't even know where you could buy flat lifeless pillows but this place found them. If the owners would have invested $100 bucks in upgrading pillows and pans I would have given this place 5 stars.

Great location, nice place!

The photos don’t do justice to how cute the unit is and how great Island Retreat is! The unit is upstairs, but gives a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The rooms are both good size and had enough room for pack n plays in both. I’d recommend bringing your own pots and pans if you plan to cook. The Island Retreat (buildings this unit is part of) is cute and has a boardwalk directly to the beach, along with a great pool.

Quick Trip

The location was great. Real nice setup, the pool and grounds were clean. We had an issue with the dishwasher and a backed up shower, we texted the property manager and it was taken care of within an hour. I would come back.

Springbreak

We took our grandchildren to the coast for a few days. The property was great. quick access to the beach. There’s a nice pool and and basketball courts available. The property was clean and updated. Beds not so comfortable! Would probably stay again.

Clean, comfortable, close to the beach!

This condo was perfect for our family. You could see the ocean from the living room/balcony and one of the bedrooms. Very short walk to the beach! Pool was huge and perfect temperature! A very quiet complex and a perfect getaway.

Great beach location

Everything was simple from the start. We really enjoyed this condo. The beach access, pool and location was perfect for us. The decor made us feel like we were exactly where we wanted to be! We will definitely be staying there again!

Perfect location!

The staff for this condo was excellent. They answer to texts!! They answered all my questions so promptly! They were excellent. The condo was great, clean, has everything you need and want. The location was excellent like a few minutes walk to the beach. Came back to feed kids lunch and left out spot on the beach and went right back!! The condo looks like it has been recently remodeled super nice! Only reason i gave it 4 stars is that some of the towels had stains on then and some of the sheets were not super clean. One of the chairs in the porch was broken becareful. But overall and for the price it was a steal and very nice. SUPER quiet and beautiful. I would def rent again from here. We also rented a golf cart for the weekend and that totally minimized the sand in my vehicle! Also the kids enjoyed driving around to get food and snacks and just look around! Super happy to see Port A making a come back after maria and covid. Will be back again soon!

Very nice condo! Appears recently renovated. Easy access to beach.

Very impressed. Very family focused property complex. Entrance to property had security guards at night - added nice touch! We'd easily choose this complex and Condo (#54) on next visit to Port Aransas!

Great place

Property as described on-line. Cute place inside. Outside maintained, pool clean and boardwalk straight to the beach. No one really on beach due to weather and no vehicles so able to social distance. Mattresses comfortable, basic necessities at the condo. Only a couple of misses...one trash bag in kitchen for a 4-day stay and no dish soap...dishwasher only which I guess works better for the cleaning crew. Overall nice place and clean. I would stay again!
