Welcome to Casa del Mar! Less than a mile away from beach!

Enjoy our beach house on your getaway! It is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and is in the "golf cart zone."
Casa del Mar is tucked away near the end of the cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood.

This newly refurnished 3 bedroom 2 bath house features an open living area/dining area with full kitchen, washer/dryer, wireless internet, smart tv, BBQ charcoal grill on our big covered patio for you to relax.

Master bedroom has King Bed, two nigh stands w/table lamps, full dresser and a walk-in spacious closet.

2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed, a nigh stand w/table lamp and a closet.

3rd bedroom has a Bunk Bed, a nigh stand w/table lamp and a closet.

Living room has a pull out sofa bed.

Casa del Mar is a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the house.

Wonderful stay!

We truly enjoyed Our stay at this beautiful spacious home! Very spacious, clean and comfortable The spacious outdoor patio was wonderful and was enjoyed very much. Communication with host was decent. We would definitely book again if needed!

House is beautiful and in a great location! Very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was the back patio. The patio furniture was in bad shape. That combined with the restriction of not using the hot tub, we weren’t able to enjoy the back patio, which was a bummer. Also, the dishwasher does not work. Other than that, it was great!

Great stay in Port A!

The family decided to take a short getaway to the coast to celebrate Pappa Bear’s bday and Father’s Day since the kids are spread out. The house was great! Plenty of room, all the items needed for the most part (bring ur own extra blankets, trash bags, and foil etc for the kitchen. They provide some items like tp, but in limited supply and others like the foil are on ur own.) Understandable for a rental. Very close to the beach access road, but I wouldn’t call it walkable. There is no boardwalk from the neighborhood and the house is a few turns into the house area. BUT a very short drive. Comfy beds and living room. Nice huge back patio we didn’t really take advantage of, but it’s great. The humidifier beeped at us, but it didn’t take us long to figure out to dump the water and let it keep doing its thing. It helps control the indoor humidity and makes the heat/cooling much more efficient. Very easy to handle. 10/10 Would rent again.

Great stay!

Great property, very comfortable! The bunk room is actually two full or queen beds, so even roomier than the listing states! Second time here and would stay again!
