Redone Midcentury Vacation Rental par Movie Colony

Refaite du sol au plafond, cette boîte à bijoux rappelle le plaisir et la sophistication qui définissent Palm Springs. Vous apprécierez le mélange de meubles du milieu du siècle et modernes, de finitions haut de gamme et de touches de design. Ils travaillent tous ensemble pour créer des vacances cool mais relaxantes. Entièrement rénové en décembre 2015. Vous trouverez que la maison est confortable, mais pas à l'étroit. Il y a beaucoup de rangement, de grands placards et le plan d'étage ouvert donne à la maison une apparence grande, mais pas intimidante. Tout est de plain-pied et la propriété est un complexe de bungalows duplex de faible densité.

Amusez vos amis et votre famille ou préparez un dîner tranquille dans la belle cuisine entièrement rénovée avec des appareils électroménagers rétro tout neufs, une cuisinière à gaz et des comptoirs en pierre. Dînez au bord de la piscine avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne de Palm Springs ou retirez-vous dans le patio privé spacieux et isolé pour vous divertir ou simplement vous prélasser dans le célèbre temps de Palm Springs. We enjoyed a well stocked kitchen, a nice pool that wasn’t over chlorinated, quiet neighbors, and a remodeled condo. The owner was very responsive and flexible.

Love it!

This cute bungalow is amazing, equipped with everything you need from bath to kitchen supplies. Wonderful pool and lounge area. Nice places to walk to IE wellness park. Lovely neighborhood and neighbors.

The Best!!

We have been coming to Palm Springs for many years, and this was our favorite place to stay! Ben and Wayne's condo was adorable, and the kitchen was so well appointed with everything you might need for your stay. The neighbors were so friendly to us, which is not always the case when you are a renter. We are anxious to come back next year!

Thanksgiving in Palm Springs

This place is very well thought out, with everything you need to make for a comfortable stay. The best view is by the pool! I like riding my bike in Palm Springs and bringing it in the back is easy. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. We hope to return again!

This is our second stay at Fedora Suite. It is so perfect for two people. We have had guests in the Murphy bed previously and it works for short stays. There is plenty of storage for personal effects, in particular the large (and gorgeous) bathroom cabinets. The kitchen has every conceivable tool and appliance for food prep. There is just the right amount of patio furniture. Parking is just a few feet away. The other residents of Desert Lanai 3 are always welcoming.

Palm Springs Mid Century Modern!

Ben and Wayne have created an amazing Mid Century Modern unit! I grew up with Mid Century furniture and felt like I had gone home! Everything was so well thought out and the attention to detail was incredible! The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in! The bath towels were thick! I prepared Thanksgiving dinner and felt like I was working in a chiefs kitchen. I was there to heal and it was it was quiet and relaxing. I brought my bike and it was just a few steps to bring it in the lanai. I had the pool to myself and enjoyed the sunset while swimming. I think they thought of everything! I hope to be back!

Home away from home.

This wonderfully, adorable midcentury modern condo is proudly named the Fedora Suite by the owner and host, Ben. My best friend and I rented the Fedora Suite for 2 months while we were searching for our own home to purchase. This historic property is well maintained and each ground level unit has a beautiful, unobstructed view of the centrally located pool. The interior space is attractively decorated with mid century modern decor. A great kitchen and living space made us feel immediately right at home. The 2 bedrooms have sliders onto a private patio with multiple seating areas, lounge chairs and high quality BBQ grill. Super fast internet allowed both of us to work remotely with no issues. We met several neighbors during our stay and they were all extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The surrounding neighborhoods are great for daily walks. Several grocery store options and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at the Fedora Suite. Ben is very easy to communicate with and an extremely thoughtful, accommodating host. We look forward to seeing him around town now that we have our own home here. Thank you Ben!

More than a five star rating for all categories! Excellent property and the condo was more cozy than what we had expected. Very clean and well-equipped with everything needed. Great atmosphere and the view from the pool area was stunning. Communication was excellent and checking process was smooth.

Hidden Gem

Ben and Wayne have a gem of a home in Palm Springs. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there in April 2021. It was the most well-appointed VRBO location I have ever stayed in. Every need was anticipated. It was perfectly decorated, clean and very comfortable. I look forward to returning!
