Wonderful stay! Saw dolphins from the dock at the back of the property as well as a crane. The view of the water from the condo is great! Amenities are fantastic. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, shower is very nice, everything is new. We will definitely stay again!

We LOVED this vacation rental! Everything was perfect. The location on the Harbor and Gulf of America on the other side gave us lots of opportunities to do various activities. We enjoyed watching the boats, birds and manatees on the harbor and loved walking on the beach at the Gulf. The sunrises and moon on the harbor side were amazing and the sunset on the Gulf side was spectacular. We used the lovely warm pool everyday!The rental was clean and had everything we needed to cook since we did a fishing trip and had many good meals. It’s close to several restaurants and bars. It’s in a excellent area to please everyone. We would love to come back someday! Thank you for sharing your place in paradise!

Amazing!!

What an incredible week on the beach! The property was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed! It is close to the beach, docks outside to fish, and a wonderful pool. The neighbors and owners were so welcoming and we hope to book next year!!!!!

Everything was new and fresh. The view is wonderful and beach access right across the street. We will stay again.The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. I would just recommend some foam padding on the mattresses, as they are a bit hard for our liking. We went to the store and bought a 3" pad and brought it home. Also, the security light outside the bedroom window is very bright, so a blackout curtain would solve that easily.

Great place to stay.

The place was spotless when we arrived, great communication with the owners. The beach is just across the street and we seen a large turtle coming out of the ocean last night to lay her eggs. You cannot ask for a better place to stay. Also right on the inter coastal if you enjoy boating or kayaking.

Just what we were looking for!

It’s hard to find a place with a dock, pool and beach access that is also a nice place to stay and this did! Everything was newly redone and clean and Leo was super responsive. We will definitely be back!

This property was great. Exactly what we were looking for. Water on both side within walking distance to everything. Owners are very responsive. Place is brand new and it shows.

Leo was a wonderful host. Location was excellent, condo was spotless. Had all the basics. Plenty of towels, extra pillows and bedding. Literally across the road from the beach, with access. Restaurants close by! Communication was excellent! We arrived on the 29th, the pool heater was turned on for us the next morning. We contacted the owner a couple of days later to let us know it wasn’t heating. But I would not discount the property. We very much enjoyed the pool area for sun bathing every morning, and walked the beaches every afternoon/evening!

Memorial Day Weekend

Great weekend stay. Leo was an excellent host. Condo is perfect, right on the bay with a boat slip just steps away from the back door. There was plenty of parking on the property, and the pool was perfect. The only issue we had was the family staying above us. Not sure what they were doing stomping on the floor until midnight. That was beyond our control, still a great weekend at Leo’s. Would definitely stay again

Beach and the Bay!

Immaculate property. Beautiful sunrise view. Easy access for boat. Stumps Pass. Best restaurants… Farlows, Crows Nest, and Mimi’s 3rd St Grille…. Thank you LEO for accommodating us. We miss our little condo already.

We loved this condo! Clean, comfortable, great amenities, well stocked kitchen for cooking and the location on the bay made our vacation so wonderful. We even got to see manatees every morning and evening in the bay right outside our door! A short walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets was so nice and peaceful. The owner, Leo, was very pleasant and great with quick communication for any questions I had. He worked with me to offer his ground floor unit when he found out my 80 year old father was coming with us on vacation. I initially reserved another unit, not realizing a ground floor unit was available. We were very appreciative for this change…it made my father very happy to not have to go up a flight of stairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

This was a last minute rental for us. Literally we were staying on a neighboring island and the situation was not good. We reached out to Leo and he helped us book his property even though it required him to contact VRBO multiple times. It honestly saved our family vacation! His property is beautiful and the location is wonderful!! You can’t go wrong with renting this unit!!

Great Experience Great Condo

Great 1-bedroom condo, totally updated, close enough to the gulf to see the beach and listen to the ocean, the owner provides amenities above and beyond: beach chairs, towels, totally outfitted kitchen, everything you need. A large condo for a 1-bedroom with enough room for two people to get space from one another. I was concerned that the condo being close to the road would be noisy but it was not. My other concern was the shared laundry facility -- again, no issue at all. The beach and Key coastline are God's Country. The condo does need a better vacuum :)

Thank you for the kind review! Although the majority of this review is accurate, there are some statements that need correction. The condo is a 2 bedroom unit not a 1 bedroom. There was 4 guests staying not 2. The condo is not located near the road. It is a Bay front unit(on the water)! There is a full size washer/dryer located inside the condo which is private and not shared. Vacuum has been replaced.
