Côté mer, vivre au mieux! Construit en 2016! Surdimensionné unité d'une chambre avec cuisine entièrement chargée, salle à manger, salon avec télévision grand écran. 4 couchages. Lit king size en maître. Laveuse / sécheuse, internet, télévision par câble et climatisation / chauffage central! Vues partielles sur la baie depuis le balcon! Piscine sur le site et des barbecues!
Situé au coeur de Manasota Key avec toutes ses offres mais caché de la rue principale. La plage est juste de l'autre côté de la rue! Quais de bateau disponibles! Des navettes gratuites parrainées par les entreprises et disponibles pour vous emmener dans les environs.

Our stay was absolute fabulous. The unit was beautiful and immaculate with many thoughtful touches. We had everything we needed for our extended stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The balcony with the beautiful view of the bay was perfect. We fished on property almost daily and saw dolphins, manatees and bald eagles. The beach was just walking minutes away and the pool was just outside our door and we spent hours at both. The walk to very good restaurants was a plus. The property is well maintained with multiple owners on site ready and available to answer questions. People we met are now friends forever. Can’t wait to come back! Many thanks!

4th of July Getaway

It is our 2nd time staying at the property. Very nice and comfortable for 3 adults. Short walk across the street to the beach. Has everything you need for a long weekend.

We had an amazing time here! Everything was walkable. We most enjoyed the wonderful nature viewing, fishing, and beach walking. We probably saw 4 or 5 eagles from the back of the condo alone. There are also multiple places to grab food and drinks and meet other people. The condo is adorable. Bed is super comfortable. And there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t already stocked for us. Thank you for the much needed, beautiful getaway. We will be back!

Shark Teeth Hunt

We had a great time in Englewood and Manasota Key staying at this location. The entire place was very clean; check-in was a breeze and had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs etc. The sunrise in the morning from our balcony to the sunset on the beach which was just a short walk across the street was awesome. It was close to the local restaurants and other amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place

Everything with this condo is a breeze. Super clean and convenient to bay and beach which is perfect combination. Easy access to everything and all the beaches and restaurants in the area. It’s quiet and the communication with the owners was easy too. We found so many shark teeth on Blind Pass beach which is just a short drive away. Would definitely stay again. Absolutely love this area what a gem Manasota Key really is.

Island Breeze

The Condo is brand new, if not, you cannot tell from anything inside, everything is perfect. Friendly neighbors, everyone says hello or good morning, convenient to the Waverly and the other restaurants, Beach Access means you walk straight across the road and to the beach. Great place to stay

Really nice town, quiet and some good food options. The condo was nice, easy access. Short walk to the beach across the street & good restaurant next door for convenience without being a loud interruption in the condo

It was a nice stay. The condo was clean and had enough linens. The beach chairs were old and the umbrella didn’t work but we managed.

Beautiful condo

Dave and Tiz were great hosts! Their place was super clean, and fully equipped with whatever you may need. Check in was a breeze. The location is perfect too, walking distance to the beach, with restaurants, and shopping just right down the road. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths, and even beach towels. The convenience of having a washer and dryer was great too. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10!
